| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات العامة للذکاء الوجداني لدى الاخصائيات النفسيات بمدينة الرياض ، وکذلک معرفة العلاقة بين الذکاء الوجداني والأحتراق النفسي وقدرة بعض أبعاد الذکاء الوجداني في التنبؤ بالاحتراق النفسي وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة من 80 أخصائية نفسيه من العاملات في المستشفيات والمراکز والاستشارات النفسية ودور الأيتام ولم تتمکن الباحثه من الحصول على إحصائية بعدد الأخصائيات النفسيات العاملات في مدينة الرياض بسبب عدم تسهيل مهمة البحث من قبل مرکز الأشراف التربوي الاجتماعي وقد استخدمت الباحثة عدة أدوات لجمع بياناتها وهي : استمارة البيانات الأولية ، مقياس الذکاء الوجداني المقتبس من هشام عبد الله وعصام العقاد2008) ) و مقياس جيلدر للاحتراق النفسي. وبعد إجراء المعالجات الاحصائية بواسطة برنامج (spss) توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: تتسم الاخصائيات النفسيات في مدينة الرياض بدرجة مرتفعة دالة إحصائية في الذکاء الوجداني وإبعاده، توجد علاقة عکسية دالة إحصائية بين الذکاء الوجداني الاحتراق النفسي لدى الاخصائيات النفسيات في مدينة الرياض ، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذکاء الوجداني لدى الاخصائيات النفسيات في مدينة الرياض تعزى إلى متغيري الحالة الاجتماعية والدخل السنوي ، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذکاء الوجداني لدى الاخصائيات النفسيات في مدينة الرياض تعزى إلى متغيري المؤهل الدراسي والخبرة ، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدى الاخصائيات النفسيات في مدينة الرياض تعزى إلى متغيرات الحالة الاجتماعية، والخبرة والدخل السنوي، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي لدى الاخصائيات النفسيات في مدينة الرياض تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل الدراسي. The aim of this study is to identify the general characteristics of emotional intelligence of psychologists in Riyadh, as well as to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and burnout. In addition, the study examines the possible dimensions of emotional intelligence that predicts psychological exhaustion. The subjects were (80) psychologists working in hospitals, orphanages and counseling centers. The researcher was not able to obtain the total number of working psychologists in Riyadh due to imposed restrictions by the Center of Educational Supervision and Social Counsel. There are several scales used to collect the data which include: The Raw Data Form, Hashim Abdullah and Essam Al Akkad Measure of Emotional Intelligence (2008), and Geldard Burnout Inventory. The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results showed that the psychologists in Riyadh have a high levels emotional intelligence in general. In addition, the study showed a correlation between high levels of emotional Intelligence and lower instances of experiencing burnout. There is no statistical evidence that martial status and annual income have any effect on the level of emotional intelligence. On the other hand, there is a statically significant evidence that the level of education and work experience correlates to a higher level of emotional intelligence. There is no statistically significant evidence that the level of education, experience, martial status, and level of income have an effect on the degree of experiencing burnout. | ||
