| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى العوامل المؤدية لظاهرة أطفال الشوارع من وجهة نظر العاملين في المؤسسات ذات العلاقة، ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف صُمّم استبيان ووُزّع على عيّنة من العاملين في مراکز الإيواء والرعاية التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية بلغ حجمها (68) عاملًا. فُرّغت أسئلة الاستبيان واستُخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة من أجل إجابة أسئلة الدراسة، وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: إن العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية متکاملة تفسّر هذه الظاهرة، ولکن العامل الذي يؤثر بشکل مباشر في ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع هو العامل الاجتماعي مُتمثّلًا بإهمال الأسرة وعدم تحمُّلها مسؤولية أطفالهم والمعاناة من التفکُّک الأسري، کما أن تاريخ العائلة المُشجّع على وجود الأطفال في الشوارع وتوفر نموذج إجرامي أو منحرف داخل الأُسرة يؤديان دوراً مهماً. خرجت الدراسة بعددٍ من التوصيات، أهمُّها: زيادة الرقابة الأمنية والاجتماعية لمنع إساءة معاملة أطفال الشوارع من أيّ شخص بما في ذلک أسرهم، والمواطنون وتوفير مراکز رعاية وتأهيل لفئات أطفال الشوارع کافّة، وتوفير فرص تعليمية لأطفال الشوارع والحرص على تفعيل برامج الرعاية اللاحقة للأطفال. This study aimed to identify the factors leading to the phenomenon of street children from the point of view of workers in the relevant institutions, in order to achieve these objectives a questioner was developed and distributed to a sample of workers at care and shelter centers under the ministry social development amounted to (68) workers, as the questionnaire's questions have filled and using of appropriate statistical methods in order to answer the research questions and , the study found a set of finding, the most important are: The social, cultural and economic factors are comprehensive explain this phenomenon, but the factor affect directly to the phenomenon of street children is the social effect represented by negligence and irresponsibility of family to their children and suffering of family disintegration, as the family history was the encouraged to presence the children in the street in addition to criminal model or devious within the family. The study recommended a set of recommendations the most important: Increased security and social control to prevent abuse of street children by anyone, including their parents, public, as well as providing care and rehabilitation centers for all categories of the street children , Providing educational opportunities for street children and emphasizing the after-care programs for children. | ||
