| Abstract | ||
| المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر التدريس المصغر في تنمية مهارات التدريس لدى طلبة معلمي علوم التعليم الأساسي بکلية التربية جامعة تعز.ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة بطاقة ملاحظة مکونة من (38) مهارة فرعية، موزعة على (3) مهارات رئيسية هي (التخطيط – التنفيذ – التقويم)، و اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية والقياس القبلي والبعدي، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مکونة من (32) طالب وطالبة من طلبة معلمي علوم التعليم الأساسي المستوى الثالث بکلية التربية جامعة تعز، موزعة بالتساوي على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة. وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيکومترية للبطاقة تم تطبيقها قبلياً وبعديا على أفراد العينة في المجموعتين، وبعد جمع البيانات تم إجراء التحليل الإحصائي لها، أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات الأداء البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية مع کل مهارة من مهارات التدريس، ومع المهارات مجتمعة، وأن حجم التأثير للتدريس المصغر کان کبيراً في تنمية مهارات التدريس. Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the effect of micro-teaching on the development of teaching skills among teacher-students of Basic Education Sciences at Faculty of Education, Taiz University. To achieve the goal of the study, a note card was prepared. It consists of (38) sub-skills, distributed among three main skills (planning, implementation and evaluation). The experimental approach - with the control and experimental groups and the (pre-/ post-)measurement- was employed. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (32) male and female teacher-students belonging to the 3rd level of Basic Education Sciences at Faculty of Education, Taiz University. Such sample students were equally distributed between the two experimental and control groups. Having verified the psychometric properties of the card, the card was applied to the sample members in the two groups at two stages (before and after). Having collected and analyzed the data, the findings showed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the averages of dimensional performance in favor of the experimental group with either each skill of teaching skills or the skills together. They also revealed that the extent to which the micro-teaching can effect was significant on the development of teaching skills. | ||
