| Abstract | ||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الکشف عن واقع ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية في مدينة الرياض، من خلال تحديد مستوى ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية في مدينة الرياض لبُعدي العدالة التنظيمية (العدالة التوزيعية، والعدالة الإجرائية)، والتعرف على ما إذا کان هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مجموع إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة، والعمر)، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية، من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتقديم مقترحات لتحسين ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية في مدينة الرياض، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، والاستبانة أداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تکونت من (41) عبارة، موزعة على ثلاثة محاور: الأول يقيس مستوى تفعيل قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية لبُعدي العدالة التنظيمية (العدالة التوزيعية، والعدالة الإجرائية)، والثاني يحدد معوقات ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية، والثالث يقدم مجموعة من مقترحات تحسين ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية. ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقات على أن قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية يمارسن عدالة التوزيع بدرجة عالية وبمتوسط (3.61)، وأنهن موافقات بدرجة عالية على ممارسة قائدات المدارس لعدالة الإجراءات بمتوسط (3.72)،وجاءت موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة متوسطة على المعوقات التي تواجه ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية بمتوسط (3.27)، کما جاءت موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة عالية على مقترحات تحسين ممارسة قائدات المدارس الابتدائية الحکومية للعدالة التنظيمية بمتوسط (4.11). This study aimed to reveal the status quo of the primary school leaders practices in the the government primary schools for organizational justice in the city of Riyadh by determining the level of activation of government primary schools leaders in the center of Riyadh for the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive justice, and procedural justice), and to determine whether there are differences statistical significant differences between the total responses of the study sample individuals due to the variable (educational qualifications, years of experience, and age), identifying the challenges facing the activation of leaders of government primary schools for organizational justice from the view points of teachers, and providing proposals to improve the activation of primary schools leaders, government regulatory justice in Riyadh city center. To achieve these goals, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire as a tool was adopted for gathering information. The questionnaire consisted of (41) phrases, distributed on three dimensions: the first measures the level of activation of leaders of government primary schools to the dimensions of organizational justice (distributive justice, and procedural justice), and the second addressed the challenges of activating Leaders of government primary schools for organizational justice, and the third provides a set of proposals to improve the activation of leaders of government primary schools for organizational justice. The results of the research revealed that the members of the study sample agree that the leaders of government primary schools are activating fair distribution with a high degree of accuracy (mean = 3.61), and that they agree with a high degree of activation of school leaders to justice procedures with an average of (3.72), and the approval of the study sample members came with a medium degree on the challenges facing activation. The approval of government primary schools for organizational justice came with a mean of (3.27). The study sample also highly approved the proposals of improving the activation of leaders of government primary schools for organizational justice with an average of (4.11). | ||
