| Abstract | ||
| استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع الأنشطة الطلابية بجامعة المجمعة ومعوقات المشارکة فيها ودورها في بناء الشخصية المتوازنة للطالب الجامعي في ضوء أهداف التربية الإسلامية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة من ستة محاور طبقت على عينة من طلاب وطالبات جامعة المجمعة قوامها (377) طالبا وطالبة، وتوصلت في نتائجها إلى: أن الأنشطة الطلابية بالجامعة تميزت بعدة خصائص منها التنوع واستثمار وقت فراغ الطلاب، ومواکبة التطورات العلمية والتقنية، کما توصلت إلى أن أهم معوقات مشارکة الطلاب ازدحام الجدول الدراسي وقلة حوافز المشارکة في الأنشطة، کما حققت الأنشطة الطلابية بعض أهداف التربية الإسلامية مثل تدعيم الأنشطة الطلابية لقيمة الوسطية والاعتدال عند الطلاب، واکسابهم مهارة حل المشکلة والحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية واکسابهم القيم الإسلامية، وتعزيز الولاء والانتماء والشعور بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا في آراء عينة الدراسة راجعة إلى الخصائص الديموغرافية للعينة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها تحديد الاحتياجات النفسية والاجتماعية للطلاب وتصميم خطة الأنشطة الطلابية وفقاً لاحتياجاتهم وإعلانها بداية العام بوسائل متعددة، ربط الأنشطة الطلابية بالمهارات اللازمة لسوق العمل، التوعية بأهمية الأنشطة الطلابية وزيادة حوافز المشارکة فيها، زيادة الأنشطة التي ترکز على الوقاية من التيارات الفکرية المتطرفة والمنحرفة، ونبذ العنف والتعصب بين الطلاب. The study aimed to identify the reality of student activities at University of Majmaah and the obstacles to participate in it and its role in building a balanced personality of the university student in the light of the objectives of Islamic education. To achieve this goal، the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of six domains and applied to a sample of 377 (male and female) students. One of the most important results of the study was that the student activities were characterized by the diversity، the investment of students’ leisure، and keeping them abreast of the scientific and technological developments. However، some of the identified obstacles were: over-loaded study schedules and the lack of incentives to participate in the activities. Student activities has achieved some objectives of the Islamic education such as strengthening the values of moderation، gaining problem-solving skills، maintaining the cultural identity، and promoting loyalty، belonging، and the sense of social responsibility. One of the most important results of this study was that there were no statistically significant differences in the opinions of the sample related to the demographic variables. Some of the most important recommendations of the study were: to identify the psychological and social needs of the students and to design the student activities plan according to these needs and to announce the plan clearly at the beginning of the academic year، to link student activities with the skills needed for the labor market، to increase incentives for participation، to raise the awareness of the importance student activities، and to protect students from extremist and deviant intellectual currents، violence and intolerance among students. | ||
