| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على العنف الناتج عن المنافسة في الانتخابات النيابية والبلدية في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر أعضاء مؤسسات المجتمع المدني. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، تم اختيار عينة غير عشوائية بطريقة العينة المتاحة أو المتوفرة حجمها (500) عضو من أعضاء الأحزاب السياسية الأردنية، تم إعتماد(426) استبانة صالحة للتحليل تشکل ما نسبته (85.2%) من عينة الدراسة الکلية، وتم إستخدام برنامج (SPSSv.20) الإحصائي في التحليل الاحصائي للبيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج کان من أهمها: أن حجم ظاهرة العنف المجتمعي الناتج عن الصراع في الانتخابات النيابية والبلدية في المجتمع الأردني، جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. وأن الأفراد الأکثر ممارسة للعنف المجتمعي الناتج عن الصراع في الانتخابات النيابية والبلدية في المجتمع الأردني حسب شکل سلوک العنف، هو فرد مراهق عمره لا يتجاوز 18 عام. وأن هنالک علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين (التعصب القبلي، التنشئة الأسرية الخاطئة، التعصب الحزبي، ضعف الوازع الديني، تساهل الأجهزة الأمنية)وظاهرة العنف المجتمعي الناتج عن الصراع في الانتخابات النيابية والبلدية في المجتمع الأردني . وتوصي الدراسة بضــرورة تعزيــز ثقــة الناخــب فــي العمليــة الانتخابيــة مــن خــلال تعزيــز اســتقلالية الهيئــة المســتقلة للانتخــاب وزيـــادة الشـفافية فـي کـل مـا يتعلـق بـالإجراءات الخاصـة بالعمليـة الانتخابيـة، والذي من شـأنه تقليـل ردة فعـل المرشـحين وأنصـارهم عنـد الخسـارة وبالتـالي عدم اللجوء الى العنف کرد فعل. The study aimed to identify violence resulting from competition in the parliamentary and municipal elections in the Jordanian society from the viewpoint of members of civil society institutions. To achieve the goals of this study, a purposive sample was chosen by the available sampling method. The sample size was (500) members from the Jordanian political parties. 426 valid questionnaire responses were approved for analysis that constitutes (85.2%) of the total study sample. SPSS was used in the statistical analysis of data based on several measures, the most important of which are arithmetic averages, standard deviations, multiple regression analysis, and the Spearman correlation coefficient of ranks to find correlations between the variable of this study and used Cronbach alpha variables. The study results revealed that the extent of the phenomenon of societal violence resulting from the conflict in the parliamentary and municipal elections in Jordanian society came at a high degree. The individuals most practicing societal violence resulting from the conflict in the parliamentary and municipal elections in Jordanian society according to the form of violence behavior is teenagers who are not more than 18 years old. There is a statistically significant relationship between (tribal intolerance, wrong family upbringing, party intolerance, weak religious faith, leniency of the security services) and the phenomenon of societal violence resulting from conflict in the parliamentary and municipal elections in Jordanian society. The study recommended the necessity of enhancing the confidence of the voter in the electoral process by enhancing the independence of the independent electoral commission from all aspects, especially the financial and administrative aspect, while increasing transparency in all that relates to the election-related aspects of the electoral process, And therefore not to resort to violence as a reaction. | ||
