| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على العوامل المؤدية إلى ارتکاب المرأة الأردنية للجريمة من وجهة نظرها ما بين 2010 - 2018 وقد شملت العوامل الجتماعية والثقتفية والاقتصادية والنفسية. بالاضافة إلى إزالة الغموض المعرفي نحو أنماط الجريمة التي ترتکبها المرأة في الاردن، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (92) مستجوبة من النساء مرتکبات الجريمة المحکومات في مرکز تأهيل وإصلاح الجويدة / نساء. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن العوامل التي تدفع المرأة لارتکاب الجريمة مرتفعة المستوى، وقد احتلت عوامل الجريمة الاقتصادية المرتبة الأولى، ومن ثم جاءت عوامل الجريمة الاجتماعية والثقافية، وأخيراً جاءت عوامل الجريمة النفسية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين متوسط إجابات عينة الدراسة نحو العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية والنفسية، والاقتصادية المؤدية إلى ارتکاب المرأة الأردنية للجريمة والتي تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات (العمر، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الاجتماعية، والدخل الشهري بالدينار الأردني). في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة رفع الدعم المادي للأسر ذوي الدخل المحدود، وإتاحة الفرص أمامهم لتمکينهم اقتصادياً واجتماعياً من خلال منح مالية لإنشاء مشاريع صغيرة تزيد من دخلهم وتبعدهم عن الجريمة بشتى أشکالها. The present study aimed to identify the factors that lead Jordanian women to commit crime from her point of view from 2010 to 2018. The descriptive method was Utilized to fulfill the purpose of the study. The sample of the study consisted of (86) women who committed crime in the Juwaidah Rehabilitation and ReformCenter for Women. The results of the study have shown that the factors drive women to commit crime are of a high level. The factors of economic crime came first, social and cultural crime factors came second, finally the factors of psychological crime came last. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level of significance between the mean scores of the answers of the study sample towards the social, cultural, psychological, and economic factors that lead to the committing of the crime by the Jordanian women which are attributed to different variables (age, educational level, marital status, and monthly income). The study recommended stressing the importance of raising financial support for women with low income. Furthermore, the study suggested providing more opportunities to enhance their life level economically and socially through financial rewards to establish small projects that increase their income and keep them away from crime. | ||
