| المشارکة فى المسئولية الاجتماعية للمنظمات الحکومية والأهلية وحماية حقوق المستهلک الملخص باللغة العربية : تستهدف الدراسة تحديد العلاقة بين مشارکة المنظمات فى المسئولية الاجتماعية وحماية حقوق المستهلک والصعوبات التى تواجه المنظمات ومقترحات تفعيلها، واستخدمت الفروض، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مکونة من (240) مستفيد من المنظمات الخدمية عن طريق الدراسة الوصفية باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان واشتملت الدراسة على ثلاثة مفاهيم رئيسية واشتملت الدراسة على بناءً نظرياً ضم قضية المشارکة فى المسئولية الإجتماعية، حقوق المستهلک فى الخدمة الاجتماعية، الآثار السلبية للحراک الإجتماعى، وتوصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة للمشارکة فى المسئولية الإجتماعية بين المنظمات وحماية المستهلک فى الرعاية الصحية، الرعاية التعليمية، الرعاية الإقتصادية . الکلمات الدليلة : المشارکة، المسئولية الإجتماعية، حقوق المستهلک . Abstract of study: The study aims to define the relationship between the participation in social responsibility among organizations, and consumer rights protection, the obstacles which face it and the suggestions which measure it, the study uses the hypothesis, the study was applying on a sample of service users are (240), it depends on descriptive study by using a questionnaire, this study contains three concepts and a theoretical structure about the participation in social responsibility, consumer rights in social work, the negative affects of social mobility, the study results explains that there is a relationship between the participation in social responsibility among organizations and the protect of consumer right in medical, educational, and economic care. | ||
