| Abstract | ||
| في إطار طريقة تنظيم المجتمع ووفقا للتراث النظرى للطريقة وتبعاً للاعتماد علي الإطار النظري للدراسة فإن عملية تمکين العمالة غير المنتظمة تصبح عملية هامة تفرض نفسها علي المهنة في ظل الظروف الراهنة لمجتمعنا النامي وتصبح أهمية عملية قياس تمکين الفئات الأولى بالرعاية والتمکين فى المجتمع ضرورة ملحة وإستجابة للظروف والمتغيرات والازمات المجتمعية التى تعانى منها تلک الفئة الانتاجية والخدمية الکبرى من المجتمع والتى يجب ان تولى کافة المهن إهتماً محورياً بسبل تمکينها ودعمها بصفة مستدامة والتى فى مقدمتها مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية وطريقة تنظيم المجتمع ، وبناء عليه فقد تحددت مشکلة الدراسة الحالية في " بناء وتصميم مقياس تمکين العمالة غير المنتظمة " تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على نموذج التمکين کإستراتيجية تنطلق منها الدراسة الحالية خاصة وأن التمکين يسعى الى تنمية القدرات البشرية الذاتية والبيئية فهو عملية تستهدف زيادة نفوذ الناس ورقابتهم على ما يحدث في المجتمع من قضايا ولا يتحقق ذلک إلا من خلال تلک الفئات المراد تمکينها فرصاً متساوية بالمج Within the framework of the of Communty Organization method and according to the theoretical heritage of the method and in the light of the theoretical framework of the study, the strategy of empowering and building the capabilities of informal employment becomes an important strategy that imposes itself on professional work, especially in light of the current conditions of our developing society, and the importance of measuring the empowerment and building the capabilities of the first-care groups in society becomes both Socially or economically, an urgent necessity and a response to societal circumstances, variables and crises, especially with that group that suffers from difficult living conditions, despite the fact that this category of productive and service workers is the largest of the community and that all professions must give pivotal attention to the means of empowering and supporting them in a sustainable manner, foremost of which is The social work profession and Communty Organization method. Accordingly, the problem of the current study was identified in "building and designing a scale for empowering and building the capacities of informal workers socially and economically." | ||
