| Abstract | ||
| إن الحق في المحاکمة العادلة والمنصفة، يعد أحد أهم الحقوق التي تضمنها الإعلان العالمي للحقوق في المادة العاشرة، وفي هذا تنص المادة (10) من الإعلان العالمي " لکل إنسان علي قدم المساواة التامة مع الآخرين الحق في أن تنظر قضيته محکمة مستقلة ومحايدة نظرًا منصفًا وعلنيًا للفصل في حقوقه والتزاماته وفي أية تهمة جزائية توجه إليه" المادة 1/ 14 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية". الناس جميعًا سواء أمام القضاء، ومن حق کل فرد لديه الفصل في أية تهمة جزائية توجه إليه أو في حقوقه والتزاماته في أية دعوي مدنية أن تکون قضيته محل نظر منصف وعلني من قبل محکمة مختصة مستقلة حيادية منشأة بحکم القانون. Abstract: That the right to a fair and equitable trial is one of the most important rights guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Rights in Article X, and in this Article (10) of the Universal Declaration states "Everyone is on an equal footing with others The right to have his case heard by an independent and impartial court given a fair and public hearing of his rights and obligations and in any criminal charge against him, "Article 1/14 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights". All people are equal before the courts, everyone who has the right to adjudicate any criminal charges against him or his rights and obligations in any civil lawsuit has the right to have his case openly and publicly examined by a competent, independent, and impartial court established by law. | ||
