Abstract
Food security is achieved when all individuals at all times have the economic and social capacity to obtain sufficient and safe food in all its nutrients to meet their nutritional needs for an active and healthy life. The concept of food security is a complex concept with multiple dimensions. It not only indicates the availability of food in the necessary quantities, but also the quality of the food provided to the individual in terms of being a safe food
