| Abstract | ||
| The objective of the research is to know the relation of positive flexibility of a sample of wives (self-efficiency - positive attitude for the future - standing positively against challenges) and the total and family stability (The stability of the family relations – the financial stability of the family) And the total realized by a sample of wives . The research tools represented in the primary data and the two questionnaires of the positive flexibility of the wife and family stability are applied on an intentional random sample of 273 wives belonging to different social and economic levels. The research followed the descriptive and analytical method. The data was analyzed and the appropriate statistical treatment were performed using (Spss) program. The research has concluded that: there is a positive correlation of statistical significances of positive flexibility of a sample of wives (axes – total ) and the stability of the family (axes – total ) .There are no differences between the average scores of the sample of the research in the positive flexibility (axes – total ) according to accommodation except for the self-efficiency, it showed some higher levels in favor of rural residents. There some statistical differences between average scores of the sample of the research in positive flexibility (axes – total) in favor of the working –woman. There are no statistical differences between average scores of the sample of the research in positive flexibility (axes – total ) according to family number except for standing against challenges there were some differences in favor of the family with less numbers .There are some differences between average scores of the sample of the research in positive flexibility (axes – total ) in favor of older wives, higher levels of education and larger number of years except for positive attitude of the future there were no significant differences and also for the higher income except for self –efficiency there were no differences. The research showed that there were no differences between the average scores of the sample of the research in the stability of the family (axes – total) according to the residence place in favor of rural residents. There were no statistical differences between the average of the scores of the sample of the research in stability of the family (axes – total) according to the working woman except for financial stability there were some differences in favor of the working woman. There were no differences between the average scores of the sample of the research in family stability (axes – total) according to the family number except for the financial stability of the family there were some differences in favor of the family with less number. There were some differences between the average scores of the sample of the research in stability of the family (axes – total) in favor of older wives, higher levels of education , larger number of years and higher levels of income. The research recommended the following: Husbands and wives, people who are about to marry, every human being living in a society with its relations, regulations, culture, customs and traditions must be guided to the importance of positive flexibility in personal, psychological and social life with its all relations either indoors or outdoors. The national assembly for women should hold cultural seminars for wives to obtain characteristics of positive flexibility to maintain the stability of family. | ||
