Abstract
تنأولنا في هذه الاطروحه موضوع في غاية الأهمية يتعلق بحقوق الإنسان والعمل الشرطى وبخاصه في خالة إستخدام الشرطة للقوة وفي مرحلة جمع الاستدلالات وحالة الطواريء, حأولنا من خلال ذلک تعلم معرفة کيفية تحديد الخطوات المناسبة لحماية وإحترام حقوق الإنسان في العمل الشرطى.
ان افضل ضمان ضد اساءة إستخدام الشرطة لسلطاتها خلال ممارستها لعملها هو التدريب والمراقبه والانظباط من جانب الضباط المعهود اليهم ممارسة هذه السلطات, ان ثقه الجمهور في الشرطة والعلاقة الجيدة لها مع المجتمع شئ اساسى ليس فقط لشرعية عمل الشرطة ولکن ايضا لضمان اداء دورها بفاعلية.
وهناک علاقه وطيده بين الصورة الذهنية لدى الجمهور عن رجل الامن , ومدي رضاه عن اسلوب تعامل رجل الامن , حيث يتضح انه کلما تحسنت الصورة الذهنية لدى الجمهور عن رجل الامن کلما تحسن رضاه عن اسلوب تعامله
In this thesis we try to approach a very important subject about human rights related with police work especially in use of force , in the stage of collecting of evidences and emergency case , we try to learn how to identify the appropriate steps for protecting and respecting human rights in police work.
