| Abstract | ||
| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يقوم به معلمو الرياضيات في تنمية مهارات التفکير الناقد لدى طلابهم من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة اشتملت على (25) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور: أدوار تتعلق بشخصية المعلم، دور المعلم بالنسبة للطالب، دور المعلم بالنسبة للمنهج المدرسي، دور المعلم بالنسبة للبيئة المدرسية. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (143) معلماً من معلمي إدارة تعليم جازان. وأظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن استجابات معلمي الرياضيات حول دورهم في تنمية مهارات التفکير الناقد لدى طلابهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.68)، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى دور المعلم بالنسبة للطالب بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.89) وبنسبة (57.8%)، في حين جاءت أداور تتعلق بشخصية المعلم في المرتبة الثانية بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.83) وبنسبة (56.6%)، وفي المرتبة الثالثة جاء دور المعلم بالنسبة للمنهج المدرسي بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.76) وبنسبة (55.2%)، وجاءت في المرتبة الاخيرة أدوار المعلم بالنسبة للبيئة المدرسية بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي (2.59) وبنسبة (51.8%). وفي ضوء ما توصلت له الدراسة من نتائج کان من أبرز التوصيات، العمل على تهيئة بيئة مدرسية توفر الإمکانيات اللازمة لتهيئة بيئة تعلم ناقد داخل الفصول الدراسية، الاهتمام ببرامج التدريب والتنمية المهنية المقدمة لمعلمي الرياضيات من خلال إقامة العديد من الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل ذات العلاقة بتنمية مهارات التفکير الناقد لتزويدهم بالمعلومات اللازمة عنها وتنمية المهارات الأساسية اللازمة لديهم لتوفيرها mathematics teachers in developing critical thinking skills among their students from their point of view, and to achieve the goals of the study, the study tool was prepared and is a questionnaire that included (25) paragraphs distributed on four axes: roles related to the personality of the teacher, the role of the teacher For the student, the role of the teacher in relation to the school curriculum, the role of the teacher in relation to the school environment. The sample of the study consisted of (143) teachers from the Jazan Education Department. The results of the study showed that the responses of mathematics teachers about their role in developing critical thinking skills among their students came with a medium degree and an arithmetic average of (2.68), where the role of the teacher came in relation to the student with a medium degree, with an arithmetic average of (2.89) and a rate of (57.8%), While roles related to the teacher’s personality came in the second rank with a medium degree, with an arithmetic average of (2.83) and with a rate of (56.6%), and in the third place the role of the teacher came with regard to the school curriculum with a medium degree, with an arithmetic average of (2.76) and with a rate of (55.2%). The teacher's roles in relation to the school environment came in the last place with a medium degree, with an arithmetic average of (2.59) and a percentage (51.8%). In light of the findings of the study, one of the most important recommendations was to work on creating a school environment that provides the capabilities necessary to create a critical learning environment within the classroom, attention to training and professional development programs offered to mathematics teachers through the establishment of several training courses and workshops related to skills development Critical thinking to provide them with the necessary information about them and to develop the basic skills they need to provide them. | ||
