| Abstract | ||
| استهدفت الدراسة الکشف عن وسائل تفعيل دور مسرح الجريمة في الکشف عن ملابسات حدوث الجريمة، وهي دراسة وصفية اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة والبالغ عددهم الإجمالي نحو (1289) ضابط وضابط صف وفرد في مختلف المحافظات الأردنية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (176) ضابط وضابط صف وفرد تم اختيارهم من ثلاثة محافظات أردنية بواقع (44) مفردة من محافظة المفرق، و (101) مفردة من محافظة العاصمة ، و(31) مفردة من محافظة الکرک، واعتمدت الدراسة في تحليل البيانات على البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS واستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والتحليلي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى فاعلية دور مسرح الجريمة في الکشف عن ملابسات حدوث الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأظهرت النتائج أن من أهم وسائل تفعيل دور مسرح الجريمة والطب الشرعي في الکشف عن ملابسات حدوث الجريمة والتي جاءت بمستوى مرتفع تتمثل في توفير البيئة التکنولوجية الحديثة للعاملين في الطب الشرعي والتحري الأمني في مسرح الجريمة للاستفادة من التطورات الجديدة في عملهم، تطوير القدرات الفنية لدى العاملين في مسرح الجريمة والطب الشرعي بما يتواکب مع التطورات الحديثة في أنماط الجريمة المستحدثة وخاصة الجرائم المتعلقة بتکنولوجيا المعلومات. وأوصت الدراسة من خلال النتائج التي توصلت لها بالسعي نحو بذل مزيد من الجهود في مجال تفعيل دور مسرح الجريمة في الکشف عن الجرائم، ومنح العاملين في مجال التحري في مسرح الجريمة الصلاحيات القانونية والإدارية التي من شأنها الإسراع في الکشف عن الجريمة، والعمل على تطوير مختبرات أجهزة البحث الجنائي وتزويدها بالأجهزة والمعدات الحديثة الخاصة بمسرح الجريمة والطب الشرعي. The present study aimed to uncover the means of activating the role of the crime scene in uncovering the circumstances of the occurrence of the crime. The study made use of the descriptive method utilizing the method of social survey. The total number of the study sample was about (1289) officers, non-commissioned officers in various Jordanian governorates. The study sample consisted of (176) officers and non-commissioned officer were selected from three Jordanian governorates: (44) from Mafraq governorate, (101) from the Aasema Governorate, and (31) from Karak governorate. The study made use of the SPSS statistical program using statistical descriptive and analytical techniques. The results of the study showed that the level of effectiveness of the crime scene role in uncovering the circumstances of the occurrence of crime in the Jordanian society was high. The results also showed that one of the most important means of activating the role of crime scene and forensic medicine in uncovering the circumstances of the occurrence of the crime is providing the modern technological environment for workers in the forensic medicine and crime scene security investigation, to benefit from new developments in their work, and to develop the technical capabilities of the crime scene and to allow forensic medicine to work in line with the recent developments in the new crime patterns, especially crimes related to information technology, which were at a high level. The study recommended, based on its findings, exerting more efforts in the field of activating the role of crime scenes in uncovering crimes, and to grant workers in the field of crime scene investigation legal and administrative power that would accelerate the detection of crime and developing Forensic research laboratories supplied with modern devices and equipment for crime scenes and forensic medicine. | ||
