| Abstract | ||
| وعى ربة الأسرة بمهارة التفاوض وعلاقتها بالإساءة الزوجية تعد الإساءة إلى من جانب الزوج للزوجة من المشکلات الاجتماعية الخطيرة التي واکبت الإنسانية منذ نشوء النمط الحياتي المشترک ما بين الرجل والمرأة ، فاکتسبت بعداًعالمياً تجاوز الحدود الثقافية والدينية والمعرفية والطبقية وطالت کل المجتمعات حتى المتحضرة ، فهي موجودة ضمن ثقافة العلاقات الاجتماعية الزواجية ولکنها تتمظهر بأشکال مختلفة وتختلف حدتها ودرجة تفاقمها من مجتمع لآخر مما يکون لها انعکاسات سلبية على البنية الأساسية للمجتمع وإحداث خلل فى الأسرة التي تعد الخلية الأولى للمجتمع والمسئولة عن تماسکه عن طريق التهديد لأمنها واستقرارها الاجتماعي والنفسي ووجود أنماط من الشخصيات المتصدعة والمضطربة ، وللتصدي وعلاج تلک المشکلة يجب أن تتسلح الزوجة بعدة مهارات حياتية ومن أهمها مهارة التفاوض التي تمکنها من فض أى خلاف أونزاع زوجى يکدر حياتها ومواجهة المشکلات الزوجية والأسرية بمنهجية علمية سليمة ،فعلى قدر وعيها بمهارة التفاوض تقل الصراعات والخلافات الزوجية وبالتالي تقل أو تنعدم الإساءة الزوجية وتنعم بحياة زوجية سعيدة ، لذلک کان الهدف من الدراسة وبصفة رئيسية تقييم وعى ربة الأسرة بمهارة التفاوض وعلاقتها بالإساءة الزوجية ، وقد طبقت الدراسة على (200) ربة أسرة تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية ومن مستويات إجتماعية وإقتصادية وتعليمية مختلفة من محافظة الشرقية ، وقد أسفرت النتائج الآتى : توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث فى کل من وعي ربة الأسرة بمهارة التفاوض والإساءة الزوجية تبعا لمتغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي (مکان المسکن، عمل ربة الأسرة)وکانت الفروق لصالح الزوجات الريفيات، وبالنسبة لمتغير عمل ربة الأسرة لصالح ربة الأسرة العاملة، کما يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في البحث فى کل من وعي ربة الأسرة بمهارة التفاوض والإساءة الزوجية تبعا لمتغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي (حجم الأسرة، السن، تعليم الأم، تعليم الأب، دخل الأسرة) وکانت النتائج لصالح الأسرة کبيرة الحجم ، ولصالح ربة الأسرة الأکبر سنا کانت لصالح الأم والأب ذوى التعليم المرتفع، وبالنسبة لمتغير الدخل الشهري للأسرة لصالح أصحاب الأسر مرتفعة الدخل، کما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطيه عکسية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين درجات عينة الدراسة في کل من وعي ربة الأسرة بمهارة التفاوض والإساءة الزوجية ، کما وجد تأثر في وعي ربة الأسرة عينة الدراسة بمهارة التفاوض ببعض المتغيرات المستقلة (مکان المسکن، عمل ربة الأسرة، حجم الأسرة، السن، المستوي التعليمي للأب، المستوي التعليمي للأم،الدخل الشهري) وکذلک تأثر الإساءة الزوجية لدى ربة الأسرة عينة الدراسة ببعض المتغيرات المستقلة (مکان المسکن، عمل ربة الأسرة، حجم الأسرة، السن، المستوي التعليمي للأب، المستوي التعليمي للأم، الدخل الشهري) ،وکان من أهم التوصيات الاهتمام بتعليم المرأة بکل الوسائل المتاحة مع تطوير المناهج من خلال إدخال مواد تربية أسرية کجزء من المناهج التربوية التي تدرس للجنسين مع عقد دورات تدريبية وندوات تثقفيه قبل وبعد الزواج للإرشاد الزواجى و للعمل على توعيتهم وإکسابهم الخبرات والمهارات الحياتية المختلفة ومن أهمها مهارة التفاوض حتى يتمکنوا من مواجهة المشکلات الزوجية وفض النزاع والخلاف الأسرى بقدرة وبکفاءة عالية وللحد من ظاهرة الإساءة الزوجية وتوفير حياة زوجية هانئة ومستقرة وسعيدة . الکلمات الافتتاحية : وعى ربة الأسرة ، مهارة التفاوض ، الإساءة الزوجية The housewife is aware of the skill of negotiation and its relationship to marital abuse The abuse to the wife is a serious social problem that accompanied humanity since the emergence of the common style of life between men and women, where it acquired a global dimension transcend cultural, religious, cognitive and class borders and affected all societies even the civilized societies, it exists within the culture of Marital social relations but expresses itself in different forms and different severity and the degree of aggravation from one society to another, which have a negative impact on the infrastructure of society and it cause a trouble in the family which is the first cell of society, responsible for its cohesion by the threat to its security and social and psychological stability and create patterns of fractured and troubled personality, for the treatment of this problem, the wife must be armed with several life skills, in which is the most important skill is negotiation skills that enable her to resolve any disagreement or dispute that troubled her life and can face of marital and family problems with scientifically method, so her consciousness with negotiation skills can less conflicts and marital disputes and therefore have little or no marital abuse and marital life is blessed happy. So the objective of this study was to assess the awareness of housewife with negotiation skill and its relationship to marital abuse. The study was applied on 200 housewives, which they were chosen in random manner from different social, economic and educational levels from Elsharkia governorate. The results showed the following: There are an significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the average sample grades in the awareness of housewife with negotiation skill and its relationship to marital abuse according to the variables of the social and economic level (place of residence, housewife work) and the differences in favor of the Rural (high awareness with negotiation skill, low marital abuse), and for the variable of housewife work it was in the favor of labor housewife (high awareness with negotiation skill, low marital abuse), and there is also statistically significant variation at the level of significance (0.05) between the average sample grades in the awareness of housewife with negotiation skill and its relationship to marital abuse according to the variables of social and economic level (family size, age, mother's education, father's education, family income) and the results were in favor of the large family (high awareness with negotiation skill, high marital abuse), and it was in the favor of high housewife age (high awareness with negotiation skill, low marital abuse), and in favor of high father’s and mother’s education (high awareness with negotiation skill, low marital abuse), and for the family income variable it was in favor of high monthly income family (high awareness with negotiation skill, low marital abuse). The results also showed that there is an inverse correlation statistically significant at the level of significance (0.01) among the study sample in the awareness of housewife with negotiation skill and its relationship to marital abuse. Also it was found that the awareness of housewife with negotiation skill affected by some independent variables (place of residence, housewife work, family size, age, mother's education, father's education, family income), and the marital abuse affected by some independent variables (place of residence, housewife work, family size, age, mother's education, father's education, family income). The researcher recommends all parties, especially educational ones on the induction and work to give attention to the women education by all available means with curriculum development through the introduction of educational family material as part of the educational curriculum that is taught to both sexes with holding training courses and seminars of marital counseling before and after marriage to educate them and provide them with various expertise of life skills, in which the most important skill is negotiation skill so that they can cope with marital problems and resolve marital conflict and dispute with high ability and efficiently and to reduce the phenomenon of marital abuse and providing a carefree, stable and happy married life.
