Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى تدابير الوقاية "الأمنية والاجتماعية والقانونية" في الحد من الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني، والتعرف على مستوى فاعلية تدابير الوقاية "الأمنية والاجتماعية والقانونية" المتخذة في الحد من بعص أنماط الجرائم في المجتمع الأردني. اعتمدت الدراسة لتحقيق أهدافها على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والتي تم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في الوظائف القيادية والإدارية لدى وزارة الداخلية الأردنية في مقر الوزارة وفي مراکز المحافظات والبالغ عددهم الاجمالي نحو (1490) موظف وموظفة، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (332) موظف وموظفة، وعالجت الدراسة البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من الدراسة الميدانية إحصائيا، باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام للتدابير الاجتماعية والأمنية والقانونية للحد من الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني قد جاء متوسطاً، وبمتوسط حسابي (3.616)، وبينت النتائج أن التدابير القانونية حققت الترتيب الأول من حيث الأهمية النسبية في الوقاية من الجريمة، بوسط حسابي (3.779) وبمستوى مرتفع، وفي الترتيب الثاني التدابير الأمنية بوسط حسابي (3.628) وبمستوى متوسط، وفي الترتيب الثالث والأخير مجال التدابير الاجتماعية بمتوسط حسابي (3.442) وبمستوى متوسط. وأظهرت النتائج أن المستوى العام لتدابير الوقاية الأمنية والاجتماعية والقانونية للحد من بعض أنماط الجرائم في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر العاملين في وزارة الداخلية الأردني قد جاءت بمستوى متوسط ومرتفع، في الحد من الجرائم الالکترونية، وجرائم المخدرات، وجرائم العنف المجتمعي، والجرائم الإرهابية، والجرائم المالية، والجرائم البيئية، وجرائم القتل. The study aimed to identify the level of security, social and legal prevention measures in reducing crime in the Jordanian society, and to identify the level of effectiveness of the security, social and legal prevention measures taken for reducing some types of crimes in Jordanian society. To meet thos end, the study made use of the sample social survey method, and the use of the questionnaire to collect data, whose validity and reliability were ascertained. The study population consisted of workers in leadership and administrative positions at the Jordanian Ministry of Interior at the Ministry's headquarters and in the governorate centers, whose total number was (1490) employees. The study sample consisted of (332) male and female employees, and the study handled the data obtained from the field study statistically, using the statistical program for science (SPSS). The results of the study showed that the general level of social, security and legal measures to reduce crime in the Jordanian society was moderate, with a mathematical mean of (3,616). The results of the study showed that the legal measures achieved the first rank in terms of relative importance in preventing crime, with a mean of (3,779) and a high level, and in the second order security measures with a mean of (3,628) and a medium level, and in the third and last order the area of social measures with a mean of (3,442). The results showed that the general level of security, social, and legal preventive measures to reduce some types of crimes in the Jordanian society, from the viewpoint of employees of the Jordanian Ministry of Interior, came at a medium and high level, in reducing cyber crimes, drug crimes, societal violence, terrorist crimes, financial crimes, inter-crimes, and murder crimes.
