| Abstract | ||
| Background and aim of study: The interest in the physical activity of human mental, physical and social health is an important project for the Kingdom's 2030 vision, as it is considered one of the most important elements of the quality of life, and there is no doubt that the high rate of lack of physical activity in the Kingdom increases the importance of this and makes it a vital and essential goal to maintain the physical health of society and individuals. The study aims to know the level of health status related to physical fitness and physical components for primary school students in the Qassim region. Methodology: Physical and physical measurements were made on all students in the second semester of the academic year 1438-1439. Results and conclusion: There are relationship between increase of weight in children and many diseases, health, psychological and social problems. Great attention must be given to the quantity and quality of food that children eat. The higher the percentage of fat, the less flexibility and that makes the child will be vulnerable to diseases and injuries. | ||
