| Extract of the research The effect of hypoxic training on the development of special endurance compounds and some vital reactions for athletes Assistant Professor Dr. / Tamer Emad El-Din Said Mohamed* TAMER.SAID@fped.bu.edu.eg The research aims to identify the effect of hypoxic training on developing special endurance compounds and some vital reactions for athletes, Where the researcher used the experimental approach with the experimental design of one group using pre and post measurement, The research sample was deliberately chosen from soccer players at Benha Sports Club, the basic sample consists of (25) players in addition to, (5) players were used in the exploratory study, The program was applied 5 times a week during a period ranging from 40: 109 minutes for 8 weeks during the preparation period, and the most important results indicated that the standardized training program for the applied hypoxic exercises had a significant improvement in the special endurance compounds and vital reactions. | ||
