| Abstract | ||
| الملخص: اتخذت الدولة الأموية طرقا شتى لعقاب وتأديب المغضوب عليهم منها النفى الذى کان له أبلغ الأثر في الردع والزجر لصاحبه فضلا عما يصاحبه من جلد وتشهير وتعد جزيرة دهلک أنموذجا له حيث اشتهرت کمنفى في عصر بنى أميه استخدمه خلفاء الدولة للتأديب لصعوبة الحياة بها وبعدها عن الدولة الإسلامية وقد تعددت طوائف المنفيين إليها حسب شخصية کل خليفة وهواه مابين أصحاب الفرق الکلامية القدرية وشاعر وفقيه وغيرهم وقد يصدر الأمر بالنفى ولکن لا يخرج لحيز التنفيذ بسبب عشيرة المنفى وشخصيته وترجع أهمية البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على جانب أخر من جزيرة دهلک وهى کونها منفى رغم شهرتها الحضارية والتجارية عبر العصور واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفى والتحليلى لجمع المعلومات ومقارنتها بهدف الوصول إلى تجلية الغوامض والمبهمات وأظهرت الدراسة الأثر الذى عکسته تلک الشخصيات على المجتمع الدهلکى. Abstract: The Umayyad state has taken various ways to punish and discipline those who are angry with them including the banishment which had the greatest effect in deterring and restraining on the punished person as well as the accompanying flogging and defamation. The island of Deholk is a model for this as it became famous as an exile in an era of illiterate structures used by the successors of the state to discipline, because of the difficulty of life there and it is located far away from the Islamic State. The communities of the Exiles were numbered according to the personality of each caliph and his desire including the Qadri verbal groups, poets, jurists and others. The banishment may be issued for their own but does not come out of implementation because of an exile clan and his personality. The research is significant due to highlighting another aspect ofIsland Dahlak which is that it is deemed as an exile, despite its cultural and commercial fame through the ages. The study relies on the descriptive and analytical approach to collect and compare information with the aim of reaching the manifestation of ambiguities and uncertainties. The study showed the impact reflected by these personalities on the Dhahulic society. | ||
