| الملخص: ترفض بعض الأرشيفات ضم الأشياء المادية المتعلقة بالوثائق ، وغالبًا ما يتم فصل الأشياء المادية عن الوثائق رغم أن تلک الأشياء قد تکون سببًا في نشأة الوثائق وجزءًا من سياق الوثيقة، وقد تعد الأشياء من علامات الصحة والإثبات للوثائق مثل الأختام. ويتناول البحث مفهوم الأشياء المادية وطبيعتها ودواعي حفظها في الأرشيف، کما يتناول العمليات الفنية التي يجب أن تتم على الأشياء المادية سواء حفظت داخل الأرشيف أو خارجه. وأکد البحث على ضرورة التکامل بين مؤسسات التراث الثقافي المادي وغير المادي . Abstract: Some archives refuse to accession physical objects related to the record. And the physical objects are often separated from records although such objects may be one of the reasons for creating the records and part of their context and may be also signs of the records validity ,like seals. This paper discuss the meaning and nature of physical objects, and the reasons why they should be maintained in the archive. It also demonstrates appropriate processing that should be applied to physical objects, whether maintained in or outside the archive. The paper also assured the necessary integration needed between Institutions of tangible and intangible cultural heritage. | ||
