| Abstract | ||
| يعد السلوک التواصلي من الأساليب الأساسية للتعايش؛ إذ يعتمد على کفاءة الفرد من خلال تواصله مع الآخرين وقدرته في فهم وإدارة التفاعلات بشکل ناجح، ونحتاج إلى إتمام هذا النجاح إلى التمتع بالقدرة على تشخيص الموقف الاجتماعي واختيار السلوک الذي يتلاءم مع ذلک الموقف، ولابد للشخص أن يطور قدرته على قراءة سلوکيات الآخرين بدقة والتصرف بطريقة تضمن حصوله على المردود من التواصل الاجتماعي، فالسلوک التواصلي هو أسلوب تبادل المنفعة وإقامة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين أفراد المجتمع. وهو أهم الأدوات التي تکون البيئة الاجتماعية، ويمکن أن توصف بأنها بيئة ديناميکية تتطلب التواصل الجاد والهادف بين أفرادها من جهة وبين المجتمع الذي يعيشون فيه من جهة أخرى، لذلک يشکل السلوک التواصلي، رکنا أساسيًّا فيها فضلا عن کونه عنصرًا أساسيًّا في عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية والتفاعل، ويعد المحور الذي تدور حوله العملية الاجتماعية والتربوية. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى: يهدف البحث إلى معرفة التأثيرات التي يحدثها الاستخدام الفائض لشبکة المعلومات على السلوک التواصلي لدى طلبة جامعة بغداد. معرفة مستوى السلوک التواصلي بين أفراد عينة البحث وفقًا لمتغير الجنس (ذکور/ إناث). وقامت الباحثة بالتحقق من صدق الأداة بنوعية الصدق الظاهري وصدق البناء والتحقق من الثبات وبلغ معامل الارتباط (الفاکرونباخ) للاتساق الداخلي (0.92) وتحدد البحث الحالي بطلاب وطالبات جامعة بغداد/ کلية الهندسة للمرحلة الثانية والثالثة من (هندسة کهرباء– الهندسة المدنية– هندسة ميکانيک– هندسة حاسبات) وقد تکونت عينة البحث من (100) طالب وطالبة. نتائج البحث: - عينة البحث من طلاب جامعة بغداد لا يعانون من نقص في مستوى السلوک التواصلي جراء الاستخدام الفائض لشبکة المعلومات (الإنترنت). التوصيات: 1- إعداد برامج إرشادية إنمائية وقائية لطلبة الجامعة الذين يعانون من مشکلات نفسية وخصوصًا الضعف في السلوک التواصلي. 2- التعاون والتنسيق بين الکليات وتبادل الزيارات والمعلومات للتعرف على أحدث ما وصلت إليه الکليات الأخرى من أساليب وتقنيات لزيادة السلوک التواصلي بين طلبتها. المقترحات: إجراء دراسات للتعرف على تأثير الاستخدام الفائض للإنترنت وعلاقته بالتواصل السلوکي بين الطلبة الجامعيين وذويهم. إجراء دراسات للتعرف على تأثير الاستخدام الفائض للإنترنت، وعلاقته بمستوى التحصيل الدراسي والبحث العلمي لدى طلاب الجامعات. Abstract: The communicative behavior is one of the basic methods of co-existence. It depends on the efficiency of the individual through his communication with others and his ability to understand and manage social interactions successfully, and we need to complete this success to enjoy the ability to diagnose the social situation and choose the behavior that suits that situation. It develops its ability to accurately read the behavior of others and act in a way that ensures that it receives the benefit of social communication. Communicative behavior is the method of mutual benefit and social relations between members of society. Which is the most important tools that constitute the social environment and can be described as a dynamic environment requires serious and meaningful communication between individuals on the one hand and the community in which they live on the other hand, so the behavior of communication is a cornerstone in it as well as being a key element in the process of socialization and social interaction and the main axis Which revolves around the social and educational process. This research aims at: - The aim of the research is to know the effects of the surplus use of the information network on communicative behavior among the students of the University of Baghdad. -Know the level of communication behavior among the sample of the research according to the gender variable (male / female). The current research was conducted by the students of the University of Baghdad / College of Engineering for the second and third phase of (Electrical Engineering - Civil Engineering - Mechanical Engineering Computer Engineering). The researcher investigated the honesty, The statistical research sample consisted of (100) male and female students. Results:- - The sample of Baghdad University students does not suffer from a lack of communication behavior due to the surplus use of the Internet. Recommendations:- 1-Preparing developmental and preventive programs for university students who suffer from psychological problems, especially lack of communicative behavior. 2- Cooperation and coordination between colleges and the exchange of visits and information to identify the latest arrival of other colleges of methods and techniques to increase communication behavior between students. Proposals:- - Conducting studies to identify the impact of the surplus use of the Internet and its relationship to behavioral communication between university students and their families. - Conduct studies to identify the impact of the surplus use of the Internet and its relation to the level of academic achievement and scientific research among university students. | ||
