| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث إلى إظهار تميز الإسلام بکونه أوفى الأديان تهذيبا للنفوس وتقويما للأخلاق، وأن النظام الأخلاقي ليس جزءا من نظام الإسلام العام فحسب، بل هو جوهر الإسلام وروحه السارية في جميع جوانبه. وقد أبرز البحث بعضا من تطبيقات خلقي العدل والإحسان في حل المشکلات الأسرية والمنازعات المالية، والمعاملات، وإصلاح ذات البين بين فئات المجتمع، وهو بذلک يشيد بناء الأمة تشييدا لا خلل فيه ولا ثغرة ويربط المجتمع بعضه ببعض على اختلاف طوائفه وتنوع ثقافاته، في منظومة من السلم النفسي والأسري والمجتمعي. وتأتي أهمية البحث في أن الأخلاق تجسد صورة الإيمان الحقيقية، وتؤسس للتعايش السلمي في المجتمعات، کما أنها توسع دائرة العلاقات والصداقات بين الشعوب. The research aims at showing the excellence of Islam as a refining of souls and a straightening of morals Moreover, the moral system is not only part of the general system of Islam, but is the essence and spirit of Islam in force in all its sides. The research highlighted some of the ethical applications of the two morals of justice and benevolence in solving family problems, financial disputes, transactions, and reconciling relations between groups of society. In this way, it builds the nation in a construction that has no flaw or gap and connects the community to each other despite the difference among its sects and also the diversity of its cultures, in a system of Psychological, family and social peace. The importance of the research is that ethics embody the true image of faith, establish peaceful coexistence in societies, and it also expand the circle of relations and friendships between peoples. | ||
