| As the volume of business activity in the world increases, the emergence of computers and the internet, the revolution of informatics, and the emergence of a kind so called e- commerce, the latter became the mainstay of the economy of our time, its growth and development electronic documents exchanged, and the need for electronic restriction of business transactions increasedtronic restriction of business transactions increased the situation. the legislator had to intervene an d set rules to ensure the proper use of modern technology the field, where the legislature is gradual intervening in various countries, has taken two key features allow businesses to maintain miniature images rather than business - related assets, whether assets in commercial books, correspondence, telegrams, statements, etc. the second is traditional commitment to keeping trade books, especially if the merchant is approved in completing his business deals and the use of electronic documents and civil signatures . | ||
