| Abstract | ||
| There are many manifestations and forms of the preservation of Islam the right to life of all the creatures found on the face of the earth, and these features are more prominent and clear if the viewer looked at the practical provisions initiated by the Islamic religion to the adherents, and also highlights in the case of the human being in all its conditions and bodies; A kafra, black or white, Arab or Ajami, there is no difference in this right between human and other only within the foundations and controls identified by Islam and organized according to precise rules, so that the fetus in the mother's womb saved God has the right to life, Harm him or his mother, as follows b The most important of these manifestations in Islam. It is obvious that the human right to life is guaranteed, but this right was not accepted by Islam before all people. Some of the old laws permitted the killing of slaves and the head of the family gave the right to life and death to its members, as was the case with the Romans, As was the case in the era of ignorance, but Islam has preserved the right to life, preventing the killing of others without right, and prevent the killing of self suicide. The study was divided into twelve sections, preceded by a preliminary study dealing with the essence of human rights and its origin and its end. The main mabahith referred to the majesty of the honor granted by God to man because of the maximization of the value of his life and the right of the fetus to live as a nucleus for the beginning of human creation. And the imposition of Zakat and charity to keep the lives of the poor and preserve their dignity, and the prohibition of murder and the report of retribution, and the prohibition of manslaughter and imposition of fatwas and infidels on the murderer, The right of the patient to incurable disease in the request for euthanasia, and the permissibility of industrial rehabilitation to care for the right of the patient to life, and the permissibility or prohibition of medical experiments depends on the benefit or harm to human life, and the tightening of organ donation in order to preserve the right to life and the sanctity of children for fear of livelihood or shame, To intimidate the safe in all its forms. | ||
