| Abstract | ||
| This research is entitled "The Ruling on the Conditions of the Wife in the Marriage Contract", in which I deal with the definition of the term condition, as well as the term of the contract, and then touched upon the conditions that a woman can stipulate in order to preserve her rights after marriage, in the hope that we will contribute to revive this right - it is a right for both parties to a Marriage contract and not just women - but in this research we limit ourselves to what concerns women, and to clarify the legality of these rights. | ||
