| Abstract | ||
| The linguistic research in contemporary studies is not in isolation from the elements of the situation associated with the production of discourse; text is an object that may be described as immobile but it is alive and moving when it is released by the producer of the text; the recipient receives full acceptance or acceptance with interpretation sometimes or sometimes rejection; To the target audience; and the idea of research on the basis of studying the legal discourse and specifically the Code of the Iraqi Constitution in force with its achievements and the implications of that approach and the potential of the dialogue; especially that the study (acts of speech) or (achievements) make us stand on the most important ideas put forward by the speech And how to employ language to serve the delivery of these ideas to the recipient audience and then what the recipient must do through what is permissible and what is prohibited or prohibited in this legal text, which is the highest and strongest among the other legal texts, and thus shows that the act performed in the speech Is the essence of the process of communication, especially in the legal discourse between the legislator and the citizen addressing. | ||
