| Abstract | ||
| هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المشکلات التي تواجه معلمي تدريبات النطق في برامج ومعاهد التربية الخاصة من وجهة نظرهم، في الابعاد التالية للمشکلات: (الإدارة– التجهيزات المکانية وأدوات التدريب– معلم تدريبات النطق– معلم الصف– الأسرة) وايضاً التعرف على تأثير المتغيرات التالية: (الجنس، عدد سنوات الخبرة، طبيعة مکان العمل، المدينة، عدد الدورات المتخصصة) في تقديراتهم للمشکلات. استخدمت الدراسة استبانة من إعداد الباحث. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي تدريبات النطق يعملون في المدن: (جدة-مکة-الطائف). أشارت النتائج أن لدى معلمي تدريبات النطق مستوى (متوسط) من لمشکلات التي تواجههم بمتوسط حسابي على الاداة ککل (3.50)، وجاءت في المرتبة الأولى (المشکلات التي تتعلق بالأسرة) بأعلى متوسط حسابي يبلغ (3.78)، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة (المشکلات التي تتعلق بمعلم تدريبات النطق) بمتوسط حسابي يبلغ (2.95)، اشارت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، طبيعة مکان العمل، المدينة، وعدد الدورات المتخصصة، بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. وقد استعرضت الدراسة تلک الفروق بشکل مفصل کما تم تفسيرها وربطها بالأدبيات ذات العلاقة. This study aimed to identify the Problems facing teachers of speech training in programs and institutes of special education from their point of view, related to these areas: (school management- spatial equipment and training tools- teachers of speech training- class room teacher- parents), and also to identify the impact of these variables: (gender, years of experience, form of workplace, city and number of specialized courses) on their estimates of problems facing them. the study used a questionnaire which prepared by the researcher. the study sample consisted (100) teachers of speech training working in cities: (Jeddah - Makkah - Taif). The results indicated that teachers of speech training had a (medium) level of problems facing them, and an arithmetic average for the tool as a whole was (3.50), and it came in first place (problems related to parents) with the highest arithmetic average of (3.78), and in last place (problems related to the teacher of speech training) with an arithmetic average of (2.95), the results also showed no statistically significant differences between responses of the study sample attributed to the variables of gender, form of workplace, city, number of specialized courses, while there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample attributed to the variable of years of experience. The study showed these differences in detail, and they were explained and linked to the relevant literature. | ||
