| Abstract | ||
| البحث يتطرق إلى وضع المدارس في مقاطعة أيرلندا الشمالية ضمن المملکة المتحدة؛ إذ ألقت الصراعات السياسية والدينية بظلالها على واقع التعليم، کما ألقت بظلالها على الواقع الاجتماعي ککل. وعلى الرغم من أن جميع سکان أيرلندا الشمالية من البيض المسيحيين،إلا إن المدارس مقسمة بين الطائفتين البروتستانتية والکاثوليکية، ولا توجد مدارس مختلطة الطائفة بشکل کامل إلى وقت کتابة البحث. ولقد سعى المثقفون والأکاديميون ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني إلى تغيير هذا الواقع المجزئ للمدارس من خلال اعتماد استراتيجيات عدة، ولقد نجحوا في مسعاهم بشکل جزئي، من خلال جعل عدد من المدارس تطبق التعليم المشترک، ولو في صف واحد أو صفين من المدرسة يشترک فيها تلامذة الطائفتين ويتلقون بعض المواد الدراسية معا؛ إذ لايزال أولياء الأمور يرفضون التحاق أولادهم بمدارس مشترکة بسبب تراکمات الصراع الطائفي والسياسي الذي عاشته أيرلندا الشمالية لسنوات طويلة. ومن أهم الخطوات التي تمت في هذا المجال التوعية والتثقيف بإيجابيات التعليم المشترک المادية والمعنوية ولاسيما في بناء مجتمع متماسک في أيرلندا الشمالية، والخطوة الأخرى کانت صدور قانون التعليم المشترک لعام 2016م الذي جاء تتويجًا لما سبق من جهود في مجال تطبيق التعليم المشترک في المدارس کما أعطى القوة القانونية والمالية للمدارس التي تطبق التعليم المشترک. وکانت النتائج متبادلة،إذ کما أثر المجتمع على المدارس،أخذت المدارس أيضًا بدورها في التأثير على المجتمع. Abstract: The research examines the state of schools in Northern Ireland within the United Kingdom,Political and religious conflicts have cast a shadow over the reality of education and social reality as a whole. Although all residents of Northern Ireland are white Christians, schools are divided between Protestant and Catholic sects, and there are no fully mixed schools at the time of writing the paper.Intellectuals, academics and civil society organizations seek to change this fragmented reality of schools by adopting several strategies ,and they have partly succeeded in their endeavors , by making a number of schools implement shared education, even in one or two classes of the school involving students of the two communities where they are schooled about some topics together, as parents still refuse to enroll their children in shared schools because of the accumulation of sectarian and political conflict that Northern Ireland has lived for many years. Among the most important steps that have been taken in this field are awareness-raising and education about the benefits of shared education material and moral, especially in building a cohesive society in Northern Ireland, and the other step was the issuance of the joint education law for the year 2016 AD which culminated in the previous efforts in the field of applying shared education in schools and also gave strength Legal and financial for schools that apply shared education , The results were mutual, as just as society affected schools, schools also took their part to influence society. | ||
