| Abstract | ||
| Aim: The aim of this study is to identify the effect of a sports recreation program on some of the physiological responses of the elderly identified in the study, namely( respiratory rate / minute, eye pressure, blood pressure, pulse rate). Subject and methods: Prospective, observational study, the sample of the research was selected Beni-Suef Governorate. The age ranged between 50 and 70 years. The sample size was 12 females. The researcher took into account the selection of the sample to be the sample of volunteers who wish to conduct the research experiment and their health condition, and all members of the sample live in similar environmental conditions. Results: The present study revealed that a significant reduction in readings of systolic and diastolic blood pressure had happened. As well as a reduction in weight ,BMI and intraocular eye pressure significantly over a p value of 0.05 or less (p < 0.05). Our data support previous research, suggesting that training and exercise engenders overall health improvement. | ||
