| Abstract | ||
| The aim of the study is to identify the impact of leadership skills practice on organizational integrity among school leaders in the education of Yanbu Governorate. The study reached a set of results, namely: that the practice of school leaders in Yanbu’s education for leadership skills came with a relative weight of 75.2%, i.e. to a large degree, and it was found that the degree of availability of dimensions of organizational integrity among school leaders was a relative weight of 76%, i.e. it came to a large degree And that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample for the level of availability of leadership skills dimensions for school leaders in the education of Yanbu Governorate due to the variable years of service, and it was also clear that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance. (α ≤ 0.05) between the averages of the study sample’s estimates of the level of availability of dimensions of organizational integrity among school leaders in the education of Yanbu Governorate due to the variable years of service, and the existence of a positive and significant relationship Statistical tool at the level of 0.01 between all leadership skills and their total degree and organizational integrity in their fields and total degree. The study also recommended the need to focus on the availability of leadership skills, and attention to their development among school leaders and teachers. | ||
