| يتناول البحث دراسة مدي تأثير التکوين الفراغي على معدلات حرکة المشاة داخل الفراغات العمرانية وذلک من خلال تحليل الفراغات العمرانية لمنطقتين من مناطق الإسکان الشعبي بمصر هما منطقة أبو قتادة بمحافظة الجيزة ومنطقة عين الصيرة بمحافظة القاهرة، وقد نشأت منطقة أبو قتادة وتطورت عشوائيا على أرض زراعية بجوار جامعة القاهرة، بينما شيدت منطقة عين الصيرة في نهاية الخمسينيات من القرن الماضي کأحد نماذج الإسکان الشعبي التي کانت الدولة تبنيها في ذلک الوقت. ويبدأ البحث بالدراسة النظرية والتي يتم فيها استعراض الأدبيات المتصلة بموضوع البحث من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي، ومن ثم تأتي الدراسة التحليلية لحالتي الدراسة عن طريق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والتي اعتمدت على استخدام تقنيات وتطبيقات تحليل بنية الفراغ (Space Syntax) في تحليل الترکيب المادي للفراغات، بينما تم استخدام طريقة تعداد البوابة الافتراضية (Virtual gate method) في رصد حرکة المشاة وکثافاتهم داخل الفراغات العمرانية لکل منطقة، وأخيرا ومن خلال منهج التحليل المقارن أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة بين خصائص التکوين الفراغي ومعدلات حرکة المشاة في کلتا المنطقتين، کما أظهرت زيادة معامل الارتباط بين الاندماج وکثافة الحرکة في منطقة أبو قتاده عن منطقة عين الصيرة، وبالتالي فإن الفراغات العمرانية لمنطقة أبو قتادة (خاصةً على حدود المنطقة) تتسم بالحيوية عن الفراغات العمرانية لمنطقة عين الصيرة، ويرجع ذلک إلى العديد من الأسباب أهمها وجود محطة مترو جامعة القاهرة على الحد الشرقي بالإضافة إلى اختلاف نمط الشبکة الفراغية والسياق الحضري المحيط بکل منطقة. ويخلص البحث إلى التأکيد على تأثير درجة وضوح الشبکة الفراغية على قوة العلاقة بين الوصولية وحرکة المشاة. The research studies the impact of spatial formation on the pedestrian movement rates within urban spaces through analyzing the urban spaces of two areas of low-income housing in Egypt, namely Abu Qatada area in Giza governorate and Ain al-Sira area in Cairo governorate. The research starts with the theoretical study, in which relevant literature is reviewed using the inductive method. This is followed by the analytical study of the two case studies using the descriptive analytical method, which was based on employing techniques and applications of Space Syntax in analyzing the physical structure of spaces, and on the virtual gate method in monitoring pedestrian movement and densities within the urban spaces of each area. Finally, using the comparative analysis method, the results showed a relationship between the characteristics of spatial formation and pedestrian movement rates in both areas, and also showed an increase in the correlation coefficient between integration and movement density in Abu Qatada area relative to Ain al-Sira area. This goes back to several reasons on top of which is the presence of the Cairo University metro station on the eastern border in addition to the difference in the pattern of spatial network and the urban context surrounding each area. The research ends with emphasizing the impact of the clarity of the spatial network on the pedestrian movement rates. | ||
