Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن العلاقة بين جودة الحياة الزوجية وفعالية الذات لدى عينة من الأزواج وزوجاتهم، وکذلک هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق بين الأزواج والزوجات في إدراک جودة الحياة الزوجية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (90) زوجاً، و(90) زوجة من محافظة القاهرة.
وقد أوضحت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدراک جودة الحياة الزوجية وفعالية الذات لدى الأبناء، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الأزواج والزوجات في إدراک جودة الحياة الزوجية. کما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على الإيمان بالقدرات وتنمية الذات من أجل زيادة مستوى جودة الحياة الزوجية لدى الزوجين.
The study aimed to reveal the relationship between the quality of marital life and the self-efficacy of a sample of husbands and wives. As well as to identify the differences between husbands and wives in perception the quality of marital life. The sample consisted of (90) husbands, and (90) wives from Cairo Governorate.
The results showed a positive statistically significant correlation between the perception of the quality of marital life and the self-efficacy of married couples. While there were no statistically significant differences between husbands and wives in perception the quality of marital life. The study also recommended the need to work on faith in abilities and self-development to increase the quality of marital life of spouses.
