| Abstract | ||
| يهدف البحث الي اعداد برنامج برنامج تدريبي في ضوء مدخل STEM وقياس فاعليته في تنمية مهارة حل المشکلات لدي معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية وقد تکونت مجموعة البحث من (10) معلمين علوم بالمدارس التجريبية بالفيوم وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في اعداد البرنامج بينما استخدمت المنهج التجريبي في الجانب التطبيقي للبحث حيث اعدت مقياس للمهارة التدريسية وبطاقة ملاحظة لتقييم مدي اتقان المعلمين لتلک المهارة . وأثبتت النتائج ان للبرنامج التدريبي المعد في ضوء مدخل STEM فعالية کبيرة في تنمية مهارة حل المشکلات لدي معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية This research aimed at preparing a training program in light of the stem approach and measuring its effectiveness in developing problem solving skill for middle school science teachers and the research group was composed of 10 teachers in experimental schools in fayoum ,The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical method in preparing the program ,while she used the experimental method in the applied side of the research, where she prepared a scale for problem solving skill and note card to assess the extent of teachers mastery of that skill ,the results proved that the training program prepared in light of STEM approach is highly effective in developing problem solving skill among the science teachers in the preparatory stage. | ||
