| Abstract | ||
| تلخصت مشکلة الدراسة في شيوع خطاب الکراهية المقوض للتعايش السلمي في العراق بسبب الاحداث المتراکمة، وسعت الدراسة الى معرفة الخطاب الإعلامي للقنوات الإخبارية المحلية والأجنبية الموجهة بالعربية ودورها في تشکيل الإتجاهات المعرفية للجمهور العراقي إزاء التعايش السلمي. وجاءت أهميتها في إمکانية أنَّ تساهم نتائج الدراسة في توعية الجمهور من خلال إدراک التعايش السلمي وتبنيه کسلوک إنساني وأخلاقي وفقًا للمعايير الدولية. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإتجاهات المعرفية للجمهور العراقي إزاء التعايش السلمي، وتحليل وتفسير سمات وإتجاهات ومواقف الجمهور، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسحي، حيث مُسِح إتجاهات الجمهور العراقي ومستوى إدراکه نحو التعايش السلمي، والتأثيرت المعرفية جراء مستوى التعرض للقنوات محل الدراسة على عينة قوامها (500) مبحوثا من محافظة بغداد. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: 1- إرتفاع مستوى تعرض عينة الدراسة من جمهور البرامج الإخبارية لقناتي الدراسة يشير بما لا يقبل الشک إزدياد متابعتهم لوسائل الإعلام أثناء الأزمات خاصة أنَّ فترة الدراسة شهدت إندلاع تظاهرات تشرين. 2- إرتفاع مستوى إدراک الجمهور لمفاهيم التعايش السلمي في قناتي الدراسة يشير إلى رغبة المجتمع إلى التعايش وقبول الآخر والتسامح وطي صفحة الصراعات التي فککت المجتمع تحت مسميات کثيرة. 3- أفرزت مواقف وإتجاهات الجمهور إتفاقهم في البرنامجين إزاء مضمون ترسيخ ثقافة الحق في الإنتخاب والمشارکة السياسية وتکوين الجمعيات والأحزاب والتظاهرات السلمية يشير إلى الشعار الرئيس الذي رفعه الحراک الإحتجاجي من أجل التغيير السياسي والذي حظي بإهتمام واسع ومساحة أکبر في تغطية القناتين. 4- في التأثيرات المعرفية زاد برنامج الحصاد من معرفة الجمهور في الاحداث المفتعلة التي تهدد التعايش السلمي ما يعني ترکيز القناة على محاور لأحداث محددة عکستها کمسببات تقوض عملية التعايش السلمي وتهدد السلم الأهلي حاضرًا ومستقبلًا، بالمقابل زاد برنامج العراق اليوم في تثقيف جمهوره بحق من حقوقه المدنية والسياسية وهو منع الدعاية للحرب أو الکراهية بمختلف أشکالها، وهي سياسة معتمدة لقناة تسوق خطابها الثقافي الوافد المستند الى تنوير الجمهور العربي والعراقي على معايير الديمقراطية الدولية. Abstract: The problem of the study could be summarized in the prevalence of hate speech that undermines peaceful coexistence in Iraq due to the accumulated events. The study sought to know the media discourse of local and foreign news channels directed in Arabic and its role in shaping the trends and attitudes of the Iraqi public towards peaceful coexistence. The importance of this study stems from the possibility that the results of the study contribute to educating the public through the perception of peaceful coexistence and its adoption as a humanitarian and ethical behavior in accordance with international standards. The study aimed to identify the Iraqi public’s attitudes towards peaceful coexistence, and to analyze and interpret the features of these trends. The study relied on the survey approach, as it surveyed the Iraqi public’s attitudes and level of perception towards peaceful coexistence, and the cognitive influences due to the level of exposure to the channels under study on a sample of its people (500( Single from Baghdad Governorate. The study reached several results, including: The high level of exposure of the study sample from the audience of the news programs of the two study channels unquestionably indicates an increase in their follow-up to the media during crises, especially since the study period witnessed the outbreak of protests. The high level of public awareness of the concepts of peaceful coexistence in the two study channels indicates the community’s desire for coexistence, acceptance of others, tolerance and turning the page on the conflicts that have broken society under many names. The attitudes and trends of the public resulted in their agreement in the two programs regarding the content of the consolidation of the culture of the right to vote, political participation, association, parties and peaceful demonstrations. It refers to the main slogan raised by the protest movement for political change, which received wide attention and a greater space in covering the two channels. With regard to cognitive effects, the harvest program has increased the public’s knowledge of the contrived events that threaten peaceful coexistence, which means focusing the channel on specific events axes that have been reflected as causes that undermine the process of peaceful coexistence and threaten civil peace, present and future. On the other hand, the Iraq Today program has increased its public education of one of its civil and political rights, which is preventing propaganda for war or hatred in all its forms, and it is an approved policy for a channel that markets its incoming cultural discourse based on enlightening the Iraqi public on international democratic standards. | ||
