| Abstract | ||
| Over the past two hundred years, industrialization and urbanization have increased with the beginning of the Industrial Revolution, and the pace of urban growth has accelerated from the 1950s to the present day. With its steady expansion, it has become a force that has contributed to changing the earth, negatively affecting both the natural and urban environment, in addition to the loss of many productive agricultural lands, and natural resources, the main source of food and one of the basic necessities of human life. Things have become more difficult in light of the Corona pandemic “Covid 19” and the policy of complete closure and the difficulty of movement and transportation, which has caused many economic concerns and severe crises, especially regarding the availability of food. This was a reason for societies and governments to search for the necessary solutions to increase economic resources and produce safe and easily available food. Among these solutions is the exploitation of open urban spaces extending into cities (the most appropriate range for returning to the natural environment) and compensating for the loss of productive agricultural lands, by converting parts of them to exploit them economically on the one hand, and in food production on the other hand, in addition to integrating them as part of the natural environment within the urban area. With the creation of harmonious formulas between the natural environment and the use of productive plant elements, on the one hand, and between the needs of humans inside and outside the urban area, on the other hand, however, despite the ideal solution, it is a controversial solution worldwide between those who reject it and those who support it, which necessitated the work of this study, and the work of a survey, in which it is necessary to review the literature related to the processes of using productive plant elements, as an alternative to some elements of traditional ornamental plants in urban spaces, and to work on a group of diverse case studies in different countries of the world, and to highlight the most important opinions of its experts, in order to provide a theoretical basis for developing these processes, and to know the challenges and difficulties, in addition to reaching the advantages and disadvantages of using these solutions, in addition to reaching the proposed foundations and considerations, in the form of guidelines that allow the use of productive plant elements in processes Coordinating and designing open urban spaces in cities in a conscious manner, and applying them in a balanced manner, especially in Egypt, to help increase the efficiency of urban spaces, achieve balanced harmony with nature, and reach environmental diversity, on the one hand, and meet the various needs of society, especially those related to food and economic security, on the other hand. على مدى المائتي عاما الماضية ، إزدادت عمليات التصنيع والتمدن مع بداية الثورة الصناعية ، وتسارعت وتيرة نمو المدن بدايةً من خمسينيات القرن العشرين ، حتى وقتنا هذا ، ومع تمددها المطرد تحولت إلى قوة ساهمت في تغيير الأرض ، وأثرت بالسلب على كل من البيئة الطبيعية ، والعمرانية ، فضلاً على فقدان العديد من الأراضي الزراعية المنتجة ، والموارد الطبيعية مصدر الغذاء الرئيسي وأحد الضروريات الأساسية -لحياه الإنسان وقد إزدادت الأمور صعوبة في ظل جائحة مرض كورونا " – Covid 19 " وسياسة الإغلاق الكامل وصعوبة التنقل ، والنقل ، مما تسبب في العديد من المخاوف الإقتصادية ، والأزمات الحادة خاصة بشأن توفر الغذاء ، وكان ذلك سببا لتوجه المجتمعات والحكومات للبحث عن الحلول اللازمة لزيادة الموارد الإقتصادية ، وإنتاج طعام آمن ، ومتوفر بسهولة. ومن ضمن تلك الحلول هو إستغلال الفراغات العمرانية المفتوحة الممتدة بالمدن )النطاق الأنسب للرجوع للبيئة الطبيعية( وتعويض ما تم خسارته من أراضٍ زراعية منتجة ، وذلك بتحويل أجزاء منها لإستغلالها إقتصاديا من ناحية ، وفى إنتاج الغذاء من ناحية أخرى، فضلاً على دمجها كجزء من البيئة الطبيعة داخل العمران. مع إيجاد صيغ توافقية بين البيئة الطبيعية وإستخدام العناصر النباتية المنتجة ، من ناحية ، وبين إحتياجات البشر داخل وخارج العمران ، من ناحية أخرى ، ومع ذلك ومع مثالية الحل إلا أنه حل خلافي على مستوى العالم بين رافض وداعم له ، مما إستدعى الأمر إلى عمل تلك الدراسة ، وعمل مسح ، يستوجب فيه إستعراض الأدبيات ذات الصلة بعمليات إستخدام العناصر النباتية المنتجة ، كبديل لبعض عناصر نباتات الزينة التقليدية بالفراغات العمرانية، وعمل مجموعة من دراسات الحالة المتنوعة بدول العالم المختلفة ، وإبراز أهم آراء خبرائه ، وذلك لتوفير أساس نظري لتطوير تلك العمليات ، ومعرفة التحديات والصعوبات ، بالإضافة إلى التوصل لمميزات وعيوب إستخدام تلك الحلول ، فضلاً على ، الوصول للأسس والإعتبارات المقترحة ، في صورة مبادئ توجيهية تتيح إستخدام العناصر النباتية المنتجة في عمليات تنسيق وتصميم الفراغات العمرانية المفتوحة بالمدن بطريقة واعيةٍ ، وتطبيقها بطريقة متوازنة خاصة في مصر ، للمساعدة في زيادة كفاءة الفراغات العمرانية ، وتحقيق التوافق المتوازن مع الطبيعة، والوصول للتنوع البيئي ، من ناحية ، وتلبيه إحتياجات المجتمع المختلفة خاصة المرتبطة بالأمن الغذائي ، والإقتصادي ، من ناحية أخرى | ||
