| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to design a training program and know its effect on the level of some physical variables for the 5000m runners, and to know its effect on: 1. Improvement of some physical variables (speed endurance - strength endurance - periodic respiratory endurance) for the 5000m runners 2. The digital level of the 5000m racers has improved. The researcher used the experimental method, through the experimental design of one group, using the pre-measurement, inter-measurement and post-measurement for its suitability and the nature of the research , The research community represented the 5000-meter runners, who are registered in the Palestinian Athletics Federation for the training season 2020/2021, and their number is (17) players , The researcher chose the research sample in the intentional way from the runners running 5000 meters in the North Asira Club, whose ages ranged between (18 - 21) years, and their number was (6) runners. light of the objectives of the research, within the limits of the research sample, and from the reality of the data and results reached by the researcher, the following was concluded: 1. that the training program led to an improvement in the physical variables of the 5000 meter running players. 2. The improvement of the level in the physiological and physical variables under discussion may have an impact on the digital level of the players. | ||
