| Abstract | ||
| The Hospitality industry plays an important role on the economic growth for many countries of the world including Egypt. Hospitality is one of the key elements on which the tourism industry around the world depend on it. The hospitality industry has many sectors on the top of them come the hotels and restaurants. Due to the importance role of the hotel industry around the world and in order to keep it always in a better condition. Countries around the world realized that one of their proprieties is to make governmental and non-governmental organization get responsibilities of controlling these hotels and to check again in reviewing deficiencies in accommodation, food and beverage problems or any other deficiencies. Now we could realize that inspections keep guests safe and secure properties and let hotel control more in proper working conditions. In addition to the previous objectives loyalty of the guest or a customer will be emphasizing appreciation to country and the tourist system in a positive way. The major objective of this research was to assess the governmental hotel inspection which belongs to the Ministry of Tourism in Egypt from the side of leaders in 5 Star Hotels. The intention was to provide some recommendation based on the opinions of those who are in managerial levels in the hotel industry in Egypt in order to ameliorate the relation between the hotels and the control and inspection in Egyptian Hotels. | ||
