| Abstract | ||
| The research aimed at determine the differences between the degree of rural women’s implementation of environmental practices (land, water, air, public health and food waste) and the studied independent variables (demographic, social and economic) in the two governorates of the study. The study also aimed to identify the most important environmental problems facing rural women and the level of their implementation of conservative practices. On the environment, the research was conducted in the villages of Tarout and Qam Al-Arous in the governorates of Sharkia and Beni Suef, and a random sample of 333 rural women was selected using the Yamani equation. Percentages, arithmetic mean and T-test value calculation. The most important results of the study were the following: 1- There are significant differences between the degrees of rural women’s practices to preserve the environment in Upper and Lower Egypt with regard to the practices of preserving agricultural land, and this difference is in favor of rural women’s practices to conserve the environment in Upper Egypt. 2- It was found that the vast majority suffer from the spread of reptiles at a high rate of 41.1% as one of the environmental problems. 3- It was found that the vast majority means the spread of reptiles with a high rate of 41.1%, followed by the lack of knowledge of the parties that can be resorted to to recycle waste by 31.2%. | ||
