| Abstract | ||
| The research problem is concentrated in the weak level of physical abilities under discussion among handball players with the inability to implement some plans inside the field, as well as the lack of concentration and attention in training and competitions; and this is what prompted the researchers to solve this problem using the Battel rope exercises to develop some special physical abilities handball players because of their importance in raising the physical level, which greatly affects the skills of the players. The research aims to identify the effect of (Battel rope) training in developing the physical abilities of handball players. The effect of the Battel rope training on some physical abilities under research (muscular ability, balance, compatibility, and motor speed) on handball players.
