| Abstract | ||
| هدف البحث الحالى إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الطفو الأکاديمي وکلًا من التوجه الزمني ودافعية الإتقان لدى طلاب الجامعة، وکذلک التعرف على الفروق فى الطفو الأکاديمي باختلاف متغيري النوع (ذکور وإناث) والتخصص (کليات علمية وکليات نظرية)، تکونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (600) فردًا مشارکًا من طلاب جامعة الأزهر بواقع (300) من الذکور ، (300) من الإناث، وللتحقق من أهداف البحث تم تطبيق مقاييس الطفو الأکاديمي والتوجه الزمني ودافعية الإتقان من إعداد الباحثة، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الطفو الأکاديمي وکلًا من (التوجه الزمني ودافعية الإتقان) عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، کما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فى أبعاد الطفو الأکاديمي والدرجة الکلية ، وکذلک عدم وجود فروق فى الطفو الأکاديمي باختلاف التخصص فى أبعاد الطفو الأکاديمي والدرجة الکلية سوى في بعد مقاومة الضغوط وکانت الفروق فى إتجاه الکليات العلمية عند مستوى دلالة(0,01) وکذلک أشارت النتائج إلى وجود تفاعل بين النوع والتخصص فى بعد الدعم الإجتماعي، کما اتضح إمکانية التنبؤ بالطفو الأکاديمي من خلال متغيرات البحث(التوجه الزمني ودافعية الإتقان ) کما أسفر التحليل العاملي عن وجود عاملين يجمعا بين متغيرات البحث . The current research aimed at identifying the nature of the relationship between Academic buoyancy and both the Time orientation and Mastery motivation students, as well as the differences Academic buoyancy with different types of variables (male and female) and specialization (scientific and theoretical colleges). The research sample was composed of 600 participating individuals from Al-Azhar University students, with 300 males, and (300) females. In order to verify the objectives of the research Academic buoyancy and Time orientation and the Mastery motivation were applied by the researcher. The results of the research resulted in the existence of a positive correlation between Academic buoyancy and both (time orientation and Mastery motivation) and the level of evidence (10.00), and the absence of academic results, as well as statistical differences Also, there are no differences Academic buoyancy according to the specialization of the dimensions of Academic buoyancy and the total degree except in the dimension of resisting pressures. The differences in the trend of scientific colleges were at a significance level (0.01). The results also indicated the interaction between gender and specialization in the social support dimension. The predictability of Academic buoyancy through the research variables (Time -orientation and Mastery motivation) also became clear. Global analysis also resulted in two factors combining the research variables. | ||
