| Abstract | ||
| يُعّد التّراث جزءًا أساسيًا من الهويّة الوطنيّة؛ فهو تجسيد ماديّ ومعنويّ لها، إذ إنّه يتضمّن کلًّا من الأماکن، والمباني والمعالم الرئيسة، وما يرتبط بها من طرق عرض لمقتنياتها، کما أنّ للتراث دورًا مهمًا في فهم تاريخ أيّ وطن من حيث أحداثه التاريخيّة، وهويته، وشعبه. فالتّراث الثقافيّ في لبنان اليوم غدًا يواجه جملةً من المَخاطر والتحدّيات التي أَفرزت الحروب والصّراعات الکثير منها، والتي تستوجب التوجُّه المباشر نحو هذا التّراث وتوفير الحماية المُناسبة له، مع کلّ ما يتضمّنه ذلک من آليّات ووسائل، تضمن المحافظة عليه لما يشکّله من ضرورة وأهميّة للمجتمع اللبنانيّ. إن غياب الوعيّ المجتمعيّ وجهله أهميّة التّراث الثقافيّ والمَواقع الأثريّة؛ مع ما يعنيه ذلک من عدم إدراک ضرورة الحفاظ على تلک المَواقع بوصفها تراثًا يمثّل هويّة المجتمع أو البلاد، إذ تتعرَّض مُدن أثريّة عدّة إلى شقّ شبکات طُرق داخلها أو حتّى إلى تجاوُزات المُزارعين، من خلال استغلال بعض المساحات للزراعة في المناطق الأثريّة وبناء عمائر حديثة مستخدمين الحجارة الآثرية في أبنيتهم. ستتناول الدّراسة بعض المواقع التّراثيّة والآثريّة التي کانت عرضة لهذه الانتهاکات وکيفية حمايتها. Heritage is an essential part of national identity; It is a material and moral embodiment of it, as it includes all of the places, buildings and major monuments, and the associated ways of displaying their holdings. Heritage has a key role in understanding the history of any nation in terms of its historical record, identity, and people. The cultural heritage in Lebanon today faces a number of risks and challenges instigated by wars and conflicts, many of which require a direct involvement in the protection of this heritage using all means to ensure its preservation because of its necessity and importance of the Lebanese society. The absence of societal awareness and ignorance of the importance of cultural heritage and archaeological sites; with the consequence of not realizing the necessity to preserve these sites as a heritage representing the identity of a society or a country, as many archaeological cities are exposed to the construction of road networks or even to the encroachment of farmers, through the exploitation of some areas for agriculture in archaeological areas and the construction of modern buildings. This paper will address some of the heritage and archaeological sites that were subject to these violations and the mean to protect them. | ||
