| Abstract | ||
| تهدف الدراسة إلى استعراض الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه إدارة الازمات في تعزيز عملية التحول الرقمي في جامعة الملک خالد من وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس أثناء فترة جائحة الکورونا. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق هذ الهدف، وتم استخدام قائمة الاستقصاء کاداه رئيسية لجمع البيانات وتم توزيعها على عينة من الطلبة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة، تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (spss) کرزمة احصائية متکاملة لإدخال ومعالجة البيانات واختبار الفروض، وقد بلغت حجم عينة الدراسة (129) فردا، وتسعى الدراسة إلي الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسى وهو ما هو دور إدارة الازمات في تعزيز التحول الرقمي للنظام التعليمي أثناء کوقيد 19 المستجد، ومدى توفر متطلبات تلک الإدارة ؟ وتوضيح العلاقة بين قدرة الادارة في التعامل مع الازمات وبين نجاح التحول الرقمي في العملية التعليمية فى ظل ظروف جائحة الکورونا؟ وقد أثبتت نتائج الدراسة أن لإدارة الازمات دورا فعال في عملية التحول وجودة المنظومة التعليمية ، وجود علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين مدى توفر متطلبات ادارة الأزمات وبين نجاح عملية التحول الرقمي في ظل ظروف جائحة الکورونا، وتمکنت الجامعة في فترة زمنية وجيزة ًالتصدي للأزمة، وتجاوز کل العقبات التي تواجه الطالب والأستاذ وتنفيذ التدريبات الميدانية الذي ساعدت على سرعة التحول الرقمي للتعليم في الجامعة ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير مرکز خاص لقيادة العمليات، وإعداد سجلات خاصة بالمخاطر التي تتعرض لها الجامعة والعمل على تحديثها باستمرار. الکلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الازمات، التحول الرقمي، أزمة کوقيد 19 المستجد ، جامعة الملک خالد. This study aims to review the effective role that crisis management plays in promoting the digital transformation processat King Khalid University from the point of view of students, faculty members during the Corona pandemic period. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method to achieve this goal. The survey list was used as a main tool for data collection and was distributed to a sample of faculty members at King Khalid University. The statistical analysis program (spss) was also used as an integrated statistical package to enter and process data and test hypotheses. The sample size of the study reached 129 individuals, and the study seeks to answer the main question, which is what is the role of crisis management in promoting the digital transformation of the educational system during the new age of 19, and the availability of the requirements of that management, Does the administration have a role in promoting the technical transformation of university education? And clarifying the relationship between the administration’s ability to deal with crises and the success of digital transformation in the educational process under the conditions of the Corona pandemic? The results of the study proved that crisis management has an effective role in the transformation process and the quality of the educational system, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the availability of crisis management requirements and the success of the digital transformation process under the conditions of the Corona pandemic, In a short period of time, the university was able to address the crisis, overcome all obstacles facing the student and professor, implement field exercises that helped speed up the digital transformation of education at the university, The study recommended the necessity of providing a special center for operations leadership, preparing special records for the risks to which the university is exposed, and working to update them constantly. | ||
