| Abstract | ||
| لا شک أن طبائع الناس تختلف عن بعضها وتتباين في تعاملاتها؛ فهناک من يحسن معاملة غيره ويمنع عنه أذاه, وهناک من يتفنن في الإساءة لغيره والإضرار به, ومن يتأمل أحوال المجتمعات في الآونة الأخيرة يرى أن التعدي على الغير من إنسان أو حيوان أو طائر أو نبات أو حتى جماد أضحى مشکلة وأصبح ظاهرة عرفت مؤخرا بظاهرة التنمر, وقد انتشرت هذه الظاهرة وشاع ضررها وتنامى خطرها وأصبحت تمثل تهديدًا لکل کائن حي وغير حي, ومن هنا کانت الحاجة لدراستها للوقوف على أسبابها ومعرفة علاجها لا سيما أنها لم تأخذ حقها من الدراسة والتحليل وأن ما دار بشأنها لا يخرج عن کونه استطلاعات صحفية وحوارات إعلامية لم تعالج الظاهرة علاجًا واقعيًا وأن غاية ما قدمته من حلول هو في مجمله يخلو من العمق والشمول ويراعي بعض الجوانب والأمور ويهمل أخرى لا غنى عن اعتبارها ومراعاتها خاصة الجانب الديني الذي منه يتعلم الإنسان المبادئ الأصيلة والتربية السليمة والأخلاق الحميدة, ولذا اخترت الکتابة في هذا الموضوع واجتهدت مستعينًا بالله تعالى مصطحبًا سنة النبي الکريم (r) لمعرفة هذه الظاهرة وأبعادها وأسبابها وطرق علاجها, وقد أجملت أسبابها في عشرة, وحددت آثارها في ثلاثين بعضها يخص المتنمر عليه والبعض الآخر وهو أکثرها يلحق المتنمر, وذکرت من طرق علاجها إحدى وثلاثين تخص کلًا من المتنمر عليه والمتنمر والمجتمع الذي يعيشان فيه, ومع هذا فإني لا أدعي الکمال والإحاطة بکل شيء وإنما هو اجتهاد بذلت فيه وسعي وغاية جهدي فإن وفقت فيه فهذا فضل الله يؤتيه من يشاء وإن قصرت فالله تعالى أسأل الرحمة والغفران إنه ولي ذلک والقادر عليه وهو نعم المولى ونعم النصير. Undoubtedly, the natures of people differ from each other and differ in their dealings; There are those who treat others well and prevent them from harming them, and there are those who masterfully abuse and harm others, and those who contemplate the conditions of societies in recent times see that transgression against others, whether human, animal, bird, plant, or even inanimate objects has become a problem and has become a phenomenon known recently as the this phenomenon of bullying has spread, its harm has spread, its danger has grown, and it has become a threat to every living and non-living creature, hence the need to study it to find out its causes and know its treatment, especially since it did not take its right from study and analysis, and that what transpired about it does not go beyond being press polls And media dialogues did not deal with the phenomenon realistically, and that the goal of the solutions it presented is in its entirety devoid of depth and comprehensiveness, and takes into account some aspects and matters and neglects others that are indispensable to consider and take into account, especially the religious aspect from which man learns authentic principles, sound education and good morals That is why I chose to write on this subject, and I worked hard with the help of God Almighty, accompanied by the Sunnah of the Noble Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - to know this phenomenon, its dimensions, its causes and ways to treat it. Thirty-one of the ways to treat it are specific to the bully, the bully, and the society in which they live Despite this, I do not claim perfection and encompassing everything. Rather, it is a diligence in which I exerted my effort and the end of my effort. If I succeed in it, then this is the grace of God that He bestows upon whomever He wills | ||
