| The impact of specific training on some special physical variables and the score level of the 5000-meter walking race juniors Scientific research and studies in the field of sports aim to enhance the level of sports performance and achieve record numbers by developing training methods to raise the athlete’s abilities performance rates. This research aims to identify " The impact of specific training on some special physical variables and the score level of the 5000-meter walking race juniors . The research sample was chosen by the intentional method, consisting of (15) young women from the under-16 walking competition whose names are registered with the Egyptian Athletics Federation for the 2020/2021 season. search. The most important results were that specialized exercises had a positive effect on the level of physical variables, skill performance and the digital level of the research sample. | ||
