| Abstract | ||
| With the spread of modern technology in various industrial, agricultural and informational aspects, technical innovations have shown their positive impact on achieving sustainable development in society, which has made it impossible to dispense with them in most, if not all, areas of life. Public parks, with their multiple health, environmental, economic and social functions, and their contribution to achieving physical and mental well-being for humans, are in dire need of applying this technology, whether in terms of establishing them initially or upgrading existing ones. There is no doubt that public parks in Egypt are in dire need of using modern technology after the deterioration that has affected them in the last five decades, so that they can be developed and placed among the model parks based on benefiting from this technology, or what is called smart parks (Park Smart), which will certainly be reflected in the civilized image of society and achieving well-being for its individuals. Therefore, this research focuses on highlighting the role of modern technology in upgrading public parks in Egypt, with the application of models of some of the most important smart parks in the world. في ظل انتشار التكنولوجيا الحديثة في مختلف النواحي الصناعية منها والزراعية والمعلوماتية، أظهرت الابداعات التقنية أثرها الإيجابي على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع ، مما لم يعد من الممكن الاستغناء عنها في معظم إن لم يكن في كافة المجالات الحياتية. والحدائق العامة بما تؤديه من وظائف متعددة صحية وبيئية واقتصادية واجتماعية، وبما تساهم معه في تحقيق الرفاهية الجسدية والعقلية للإنسان هي في أمس الحاجة لتطبيق تلك التكنولوجيا سواء من حيث انشائها ابتداء أو الارتقاء بالموجود منها. ولا شك أن الحدائق العامة في مصر في حاجة ملحة لاستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة بعد التدهور الذي أصابها في العقود الخمس الأخيرة، حتى يمكن النهوض بها وجعلها في مصاف الحدائق النموذجية القائمة على الاستفادة من تلك التكنولوجيا، أو ما يطلق عليها اسم الحدائق الذكية (Park Smart)مما سينعكس بكل تأكيد على صورة المجتمع الحضارية، وتحقيق الرفاهية لأفراده. ولذا ينصب هذا البحث على ابراز دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في الارتقاء بالحدائق العامة في مصر، مع التطبيق لنماذج لبعض أهم الحدائق الذكية الموجودة في العالم. | ||
