| Abstract | ||
| Abstract This study investigates the relationship between first year secondary stage students’ oral performance and their productive classroom behavior. The study sample were 'sixty' first year secondary stage students at Azza Zidan Official Language School, Fayoum Governorate, Egypt. The study sample’s oral performance was measured by an oral performance test; their productive classroom behavior was measured by using a productive classroom behavior scale. Both instruments were prepared by the researcher. Findings showed a statistically significant correlation between the scores obtained from the oral performance of all participants and the productive classroom behavior scale as a whole and with regard to its four dimensions. There was a direct correlation between the study sample's oral-performance (who obtained the highest scores) and the productive classroom behavior regarding the attention, discipline, and participation dimensions except for the turn-management dimension. Also, there was no significant correlation between the scores obtained from the administration of the study sample's oral performance (who obtained the lowest scores) and the productive classroom behavior scale regarding its four dimensions. مستخلص البحث: تهدف الورقة البحثية الحالية الي دراسة العلاقة بين مستوى الاداء الشفهي للطلاب الدارسين للغه الانجليزيه كلغه اجنبيه و السلوك الفصلي المنتج. تكونت عينة الدراسة من ستين طالب في الصف الاول الثانوى بمدرسة عزه زيدان الرسمية للغات بمحافظة الفيوم, مصر. تم قياس الاداء الشفهي للطلاب لاستخدام اختبار قبلي و بعدي للاداء الشفهي, و تم تحديد السلوك الفصلي المنتج لدى الطلاب باستخدام مقياس للسلوك الفصلي المنتج, و كلاهما من اعداد الباحثه. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيًا بين درجات اختبار الاداء الشفهي للعينة ككل و بين السلوك الفصلي المنتج في كل بُعد من ابعاد المقياس. و وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين الطلاب الحاصلين علي الدرجات الممتازه في اختبار الاداء الشفهي و بين السلوك الفصلي المنتج في كلا من الانتباه و النظام و المشاركة.. فيما عدا بُعد ادارة الدور. بالاضافه الي عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين الطلاب الحاصلين علي الدرجات الضعيفة في اختبار الاداء الشفهي و بين السلوك الفصلي المنتج في كلا من الانتباه و ادارة الدور و النظام والمشاركة. الكلمات المفتاحيه: الاداء الشفهي , السلوك الفصلي المُنتِج | ||
