| هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع دور ادارة رياض الأطفال في تطبيق المنهج المطور 2.0 من خلال البحوث والدراسات السابقة وكذلك وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور إدارة رياض الأطفال فى تطبيق المنهج المطور2.0 فى ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة البحث من ( 100) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمدينة الخارجة بمحافظة الوادى الجديد واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والتعرف على واقع دور الإدارة في تطبيق المنهج المطور2.0 وكان من أهم النتائج أن دور إدارة رياض الأطفال تجاه المعلمات في ظل المنهج المطور منخفضه وغير محققه وكذلك ضعف دور إدارة رياض الأطفال فى الاتصال مع الأسرة وضعف دور إدارة رياض الأطفال فى توفير الموارد المالية اللازمة لتطبيق المنهج وأن دور ادارة رياض الأطفال فى توفير المناخ الاجتماعي فى ظل المنهج الجديد منخفضه وغير محققه. This study aimed at exposing the real role of kindergarten management in applying the developed method 2.0 through the previous researches and studies. Moreover, the study attempts to present a proposal to activate the role of kindergarten management in applying the developed method 2.0, in the light of Egypt's vision of 2030. The research used the descriptive analytical method. The research sample consists of 100 of kindergarten female teachers of El-kharga city, New Valley governorate. The study used a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and identifying the real role of kindergarten management in applying the developed method 2.0. One of the most important results of the study is that the role of kindergarten management towards the female teachers in the light of the developed method is low and unrealized. In addition, there is also weakness in the role of kindergarten management in communicating with the family and providing the financial resources necessary to apply the mentioned method. It is also revealed that in the light of the new method, the role of kindergarten management in providing the social atmosphere is very low and unrealized. | ||
