| Abstract | ||
| The research deals with presenting ideas and proposals on green transformation, which are in line with the recommendations of the UNWTO for the transition to a green economy for travel and tourism, which lays the foundations for more balanced, sustainable, and flexible models for tourism development. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship between the green economy and the dimensions of sustainable development (the Economic, Social and Environmental dimensions). In addition to exploring the direct effects of the green economy on the dimensions of sustainable development, through its application to the workers of the tourism establishments in Sharm El-Sheikh. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, where a questionnaire was relied on using the comprehensive inventory method, where (50) error-free and valid forms for statistical analysis were collected using the SPSS V.25 program to extract descriptive statistics and test the research hypotheses. The results concluded that there is a strong positive correlation between the green economy and the dimensions of sustainable development, which proves the validity of the first hypothesis. The results also found that the green economy had a positive significant effect on all dimensions of sustainable development, which confirms the acceptance of the second hypothesis | ||
