| Abstract | ||
| تتسابق المؤسسات التربويه فى تطوير الأداء الادارى لها وتعتبره أهم العمليات الادارية التى تعتمد على المهارات والقدرات الابداعيه للعاملين بها وخصوصا القيادات الوسطى ،ويتم ذلك من خلال مدخل الاداء المتوازن . لذا هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على الاسس النظرية للأداء الاداري وفلسفه تطوير الاداء الاداري للقيادات الوسطى في ضوء مدخل الاداء المتوازن وكذلك هدف الى معرفه واقع تطوير الاداء الاداري لقيادات الوسطى في ضوء مدخل الاداء المتوازي واهم المقترحات لتطوير الاداء الاداري لقيادات الوسطى في ضوء مدخل الاداء المتوازن باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف ما هو كائن وتفسيره، اوضحت نتائج هذا البحث ضرورة نشر مبادئ تطوير الاداء الاداري لقيادات الوسطى باستخدام بطاقه الاداء المتوازن كما اسفرت النتائج ايضا الى ضرورة واهميه تطبيق بطاقات الاداء المتوازن وذلك لتطوير الاداء الاداري باستخدام اسلوب فرق العمل وكذلك لقياس الاداء وتقيمه في ظل المتغيرات العالمية الحديثة. Educational institutions complete in developing their administrative performance and consider it the most important administrative process that depends on the skills and creative abilities of its employees, especially middle leaders, and this is done through the balanced performance approach. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to identify the theoretical foundations of administrative performance and the philosophy of developing the administrative performance of middle leaders in the light of the balanced performance approach, as well as to know the reality of developing the administrative performance of middle leaders in the light of the parallel performance approach and the most important proposals for developing the administrative performance of middle leaders in the light of the balanced performance approach using The descriptive approach to describe and explain what is an object, the results of this research showed the need to disseminate the principles of developing administrative performance for middle leaders using the balanced scorecard modern world. | ||
